Whatever you are saying is soothing our concerns. But the problem with some doctors is that even if surgery were not warranted they insist on surgical intervention rather than medicinal cure. It is my bitter experience not once but more than twice. After declining surgery thrice I have completely recovered fully in all 3 instances. In all such instances intended surgery was unnecessary & unwarranted. How could I trust doctors advice ? They lack credibility & honesty of professional ethics.

சார் இரண்டு வருடத்திற்கு முன்பு இடது முட்டியில் கீழே வீழ்ந்து அடிபட்டது ஒருவருடம் கழித்து முட்டியில் வலி எற்பட்டது காலை மடக்க முடியவில்லை இரண்டு Dr யிடம் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டது ஒன்றும் இல்லை என்று கூறினார்கள் வலி நிக்கவில்லை மூன்றுவது Drயிடம் காண்பித்தபோது ReJoint Newஎன்று மாத்திரை குளோ கோஸ் மைன் Sulfa te2 KCL + Chondroition Sulfate மொத்தம் அதை சாப்பிட்டவுடன் வலி குறைந்துவிட்டது Toilet Indian Toiletல் உட்காரும் போது முடியவில்லை western இல்லை. எனக்கு வயது 58 Male இந்த மாத்திரை தொடர்ந்து சாப்பிடலாமா எவ்வளவு நாட்கள் சாப்பிடுவது பக்கவிளைவு என்ன. இதுக்கு இணையான உணவு பொருள் என்ன தயவு செய்து கூறவும் நான் வசிக்கும் இடம் கடலூர் பெயர் புருஷோ த்தமன்

You can continue this tablet no that much side effects Along with medicine you can take ginger , green leaf vegetables , lemon. , papaya which contains Antioxidants which prevents degeneration and knee pain Aatukaal soup which contains glucosamine and chondroitin , hyaluronic acid which maintains the knee joint articulate cartilage in safe position
