Super helpful and relatable to hear you two talk about social media and how difficult it can be to navigate at times. Loved the baseball stadium analogy!

I would love to see the message that overall wellness is for EVERYONE. Most of the guests or people that speak about health, wellness, etc talk about being in AWFUL health, debilitating anxiety, total illness, homelessness…. The truth us, most of us are doing okay and that doesn’t apply. The message isn’t necessary conveyed that a person doesn’t have to be near the depths of hell to also partake and feel the wonderful effects of health and wellness, etc. Most of us are doing okay, and just looking to continue to better ourselves 🤍🤍🤍

I can't imagine anyone not liking you two. You two are two of the sweetest and authenticly real ladies on KZread (I've been following you both for a long time now - bought your ebooks years and years ago etc etc). Like you were both expressing, not everyone is going to love everyone on this planet. But if people have a problem with you, that is genuinely their problem. Please don't make it yours. I can't imagine what you've been through (paving the way on social media for the last decade) but please know how much you've inspired me and so many others along your journeys. I've been reading the Bible and there are so many inspiring lessons and teachings in there. If you ever feel lost, honestly, it's such a great place to start. Maybe that will help you one day in the future, who knows. Lots of love to you both. You are both lovely women and inspiring Mother's. Keep up the great work! ❤️

This conversation really highlights what I learnt a long time ago. Health = mental health and poor health = poor mental health. Mainstream medicine makes it seem like the head is detached from the body and like the brain isn’t a organ within the body affected directly by wellness. I used to suffer horrific, long term chronic clinical depression and for 30 years did not realise it was caused by my diet. Once I switched to whole food plant based and removed all gluten and sugar and prescriptions my brain started functioning normally. My chemicals and hormones regulated and my energy levels and mental health hugely improved.

Seems a bit dishonest for Loni to not mention that she doesn't actually follow a plant based diet anymore. I'm glad she's not bashing plant based eating like many ex-vegans seem to do, but it would have been interesting to hear her explanation as to why she feels the need to get "fat and protein" from animal sources now. In her recent "I'm not plant based anymore" post she says that she needs fat and protein this season, so she's incorporating animal foods. It's just odd because her version of plant based eating was always low fat and low protein...so why not just up your proteins and fats on plant foods?

  • @rebeccaa1132

because we NEED meat. It's not the same kind of protein and fat. We need actual meat. I know it's crazy and goes against what many teach but meat is good.
