Yes and you can see how difficult it is to hunt the llama. Those llamas move their necks like crazy hoses and almost always poor Mountain Lion ends up badly hurt before he achieves a kill.

The strong neck of the Guanaco moving like a crazy hose, hitting the cat against the ground, is something that must be faced if they want to eat every day. That is the law of Wild life.

That thing is massive, one wrong move and the puma gets a broken bone and probably dies from being unable to hunt

At 1:23 that little cub was like, “Go mama!”

Incredible how strong these cougars are...just simply amazing. They dont roar but damn they are strong
What is not to like about this majestic cat and its hunting prowess? First-rate video capture of predator and prey along with a learning audience. I doff my hat to the videographer and production crew. Narrator was sultry spot on.

They are so beautiful.
Omg she is absolutely BEAutiful! Felines are my favorite of God's creation.. Look how she took down prey 3 times her own weight and size, as if it was a game. Just WOW!
Those other two cubs playing are probably males training to fight for their life in the future

The females take care of the young, the male usually leaves or allows the mother to live in his territory, which he patrols and keeps others out of

One thing that fascinates me about cougars is that they usually try to hunt prey much larger than them, this requires great patience and concentration.

It’s quite different seeing pumas hunt because they are so illusive and rare, so we don’t get to see them an awful lot. That mothers hunting was absolutely stunning, she fought damn hard for that meal too! Nature is tough.

Best hunting I ever seen
Nature is beautiful and harsh. This puma mom hunts for survival, unlike man who hunts for fun and pose to the camera smiling with the poor dead animal.

Where was this incredible video taken? Andes mountains? A mother Puma with four Cubs his amazing. Hopefully they can live their lives without the interference from wolves because in North America the cougar would never be able to keep a big kill like that from a pack of wolves.

Cougars are so powerful and durable. Gosh! How many times that female was slammed to the ground by the guanaco and yet survived and eventually killed it!!!! This is a testament to the strength and durability of the mountain lion!!!

What a coincidence, I taught my son how to hunt cougars. He picked up a 42 year old at the pub just last Friday.
