Why am I not surprised that most of the emotional parts of this video was mostly about Iam. He has something very special …it’s called soul
Iam was the best thing that ever happened to American idol. He brought so many people back to watching idol! He was the best ever
You can see not just the pain in Iam’s eyes but the true love he has for his dad and the way he still kept going, no matter the pain he was feeling at the moment. He powered through & I feel that exact pain Iam does. So, I just want to say that he is not alone in this, im right beside him. I know how he feels and how it feels to have such amount of love for a dad.💯💯💯💯💯💯
This was so emotional but IAM is on another level because he personifies EMOTION, it just FLOWS right out of him through song!!!!! LAVA you IAM 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Something to Write About Duffy is my favorite I dont even like country music but he BLEEDS AUTHENTICITY I feel you man I still struggle with suicidal thoughts just like you do or did...Duffy clearly loves Jesus like I do and wears sandles and homeless Jesus attire with basically a wife beater (camo deer tshirt) tight jeans and an old baseball cap I am rooting for him This video is a bit Tongi heavy but I get it he just won (I loved Monsters (both times) and the Hawaii Reggae song not in this video most) The girl in the pink and sweatpants is my 2nd fav in this compilation...she understands inflection,notes that sound really nice like off key (flat or sharp) sometimes is correct and she gets that

His song wasn't exactly accurate or fair. There is a lot of nuance and context left out of that very political statement. But very nice.
