I think this might be my new favorite channel. No distracting music or chatter. Apron understands that her, is it her?, viewer's time is valuable and doesn't make us listen through lengthy chat and introductions. I notice she doesn't flour the board before kneading. Does a wooden board dedicated to bread not need floured? With 2 60 minute raises, I wouldn't call this 'Morning' bread, but it might make excellent dinner rolls, which could be baking while your turkey or roast is cooling.
