Super effective and staying on schedule with consistency is a must as well as other key factors you mentioned.. Thanks for always striving for greatness. It gives us coaches with smaller names hope to one day reach that level. Hopefully one day I can run drills with you like a few of the fighters in this gym did. ✊😎

That’s true sometimes you’re just not feeling it other times you’re ready to crush it and some might call it lazy or lack of discipline but maybe it’s a valid subjective read of oneself

I recall doing a few sessions with Ingle who trained Bomber Graham and Nazeem. He did a long warm-up session with sets of 1 minute of steady (don't blast it) Mountain Climbers, 4 sets of 4x 1 minute, but within a set of 4 he used differing recovery, so 30s, 20s, 10s, and 5 s, then between sets, from 1 to 3 mins recovery. Then we moved onto main circuit, different exercises, similar idea to above for times, but about 6-8 exercises in circuit, just kept going around it, with less recovery, usually 1 minute long for each exercise, so about a 20 min warm-up, and 20-25 min circuit... a few exercises were punches on bags or pads, burpees is hard core, tuck jumps, press ups, jumping rope, mountain climbers, squat jumps, skipping, running on spot, where your arms and legs go to side and back to centre (forgot name) and stomach exercises. This was 30 years ago, but not much has changed in relation to cardio side, although if you go through Mr Daru's videos, you will find some extra tips. Obviously, people have added sled work now, so you could do that, or flipping tyres, or the machine he uses on this video, like an Air Assault Bike-which is very favoured, as one of best cardio conditioning tools, costs about £1000 for decent one. You can use rowers and cycling machines too. You can even use weighted exercises within a circuit too, just light, with fast and lots of reps...Mr Daru uses nose breathing for some of these exercises for its benefits. FOR martial arts and boxing, and running, sled work is great, mt climbers and burpees too, and the Assault bike, with some SWIMMING. If I could go back in time, I would have found a fresh water lake to swim, or sea if you are by coast, and use crawl kick to strengthen knees. Also, if you are already strong in your feet and legs, using plyo for conditioning can be great, but it's punching on joints and tendons/ligaments, so use gingerly in beginning. So pogo jumps in different directions, split sqt jumps, broad jumps, box jumps, hops, skips, and bounds. For upper body, you can use clap press ups, or use boxes with them, so drop press-ups. Then there is band work too. You've got to go through all his videos really to see his wide range of exercises, and find what works best for you. Have fun, and all the best.
