The sparing bag work and the running is hard. Honestly plyos aren’t that hard or tiring but they are so helpful
Even if we don’t compete in MMA. These workouts are still good for exercising and keeping in shape
4:23 the Tristan Tate training is really paying off

i find as a martial artist myself i hate lifting weights or doing strength training becuase i find i get bored of it but tbh i think its one of the most importanest things to do and once u you get by it , it just feels so much better and u feel stronger

they said one should focus on techniques but I think it's much better to balance cause how can you execute a technique if you're not strong enough? vice versa

It's you out of your mind? Why the hell would he start a fight with a bodybuilder,even if he got into this fight and couldn't run, a non-fighter bodybuider will never win a fight against a tier 1 UFC fighter lol, they simply don't have the stamina and technique to fight
I bet that if Alex Pereira were to fight the biggest strongest steroid freak he would send them into another dimension. Skills matter. So does size and strength but that gives many gym bros delusions of combat competence.

Take two guys with a similar skill level and the more muscular and stronger guy will win. That's why it definitely matters and is nowhere near a delusion. Stay weak.

Yes I agree, he will send the roidhead into another dimension because steroid freaks aren't very good fighting but let's say... what if it's a steroid freak that is at the same level that Alex Pereira is at? And with similar skills? Would Alex Pereira win? I don't think so
