I was in Amway for 2 years with the concept to follow the system and trust your uplines. Wasted money and got nothing. All these conferences just to sell motivation to keep you in the business.

I was almost in your situation but I got out about a month in and my "mentor" aka an ex close friend payed the first month for me, so I got lucky. But look at it this way like I do. This experience opened my eyes to forex and stocks and such, and I now know A LOT more about MLM's. I now know not to get caught in them and I have everything I need to help keep friends and relatives away from them. I'm sorry you lost money and time but be glad you got out earlier rather than later and keep up your hard work with whatever you do in life! I wish you the best of luck and a happy life filled with laughter and love!

I hate Amway the most. It took my childhood away from me from 2 to 16 years old, that's the time my parents were in it so I didn't have parents, all they did was brainwash me as well. I was conned to read the books, listen to the tapes, eat and breath Amway, it's sickening, I could go on.

Monat is my least favorite since they target young vulnerable women with financial problems and give them false hope, take their money, and bully them into harassing their vulnerable female friends with financial problems. I got a LinkedIn message about a job opportunity. He was using typical business language, looked like a typical recruiter message. He asked for a phone call. He kept asking questions about me, would not mention the company name, used vague language about entrepreneurship and e-commerce describing the job. I told him I need a job posting with the job title and job description and the company and he would not do it. He told me to attend a Zoom meeting. I refused. I looked up if this was a scam online and it was Amway. These MLM's are disgustingly deceptive!! Not ok!

The MLM I hate the most would most likely be NXIVM. For a company to pride its self for providing the tools that enable people to experience more joy and functionality, it sure fell short. This company exhibited some of the worst manipulation and brainwashing I've ever seen in a mlm. It was absolutely horrifying when the abuse and mistreatment within inner circles came to light as well. Head honcho Keith Raniere was charged with sex trafficking, CP, wire fraud and good ol racketeering. Mans had to go. Very stoked to see this video!!!

I'm so glad Robert validated my feelings on the fact that that's none of their business and they don't get to know that about me. Knowing I can be duped to that level makes me feel extremely protective of those aspects of my life. It's taken me many years but I think im finally getting to the point where I don't feel the need to overshare and tell my story as a means of feeling included or valued in my employment situation. So Im noticing in my church community that some individuals are trying to use small group meeting formats in the name of God to recruit to an MLM. Ive really seen this with ILM Academy. These people use religions to take advantage of people as an in group. It’s so much easier for them to come off as a trusting Christian, Muslim, etc. when they make others believe “I wouldn’t rip you off, I’m a practicing (insert religion here), and that goes against our practice, and I definitely wouldn’t deceive a fellow member of said (religion)”. Really sad, and beyond that these people often also think they’re helping these people in their religion. It creates a very easy in group.

I think if you are invited to dinner under false pretenses you should know to walk away. And if you are willing to deceive your friends you have a character flaw.

This is awesome knowledge! Thanks for doing this. There are so many MLM companies out there. Just recently my brother tried to get me in to one, believing it’s the next big thing. And my brother is not a bad person... a crypto something .. just over 1,5 years old.. but thanks to the knowledge I get from channels like these there’s no way I will ever fall in that trap again!! Send video’s like these to your loved ones in the hope that they TOO will wake up. There are no shortcuts. Work hard , honest, and earn it!
