Mr. Aden, do NOT get offended or take this the wrong way, but just the fact that you only show your hands and the hands of the person with you (12:44 for instance) just brought to mind that funny as heck Seinfeld episode where he was dating a woman with ‘man hands’…. It’s just that they never showed the woman the same time they showed the huge hands; it was so funny! The other person’s arm and hand are perfect…. 😂👍🙏🏾👍🙏🏾

It's not paste -- it's a giant white radish (daikon) grated into a pulp and the excess water is squeezed out, then placed on a dish in a mound. It's used to put on top of very salty or oily foods to balance the flavor (it's very bitter) with its astringency, or to cut the greasy texture of fried foods. You can also put it into soba dipping sauce, on top of grilled salmon or mackerel, or on top of sweet egg omelet. Many salad dressings sold in Japan contain copious amounts of "oroshi" as well for a non-oil based dressing.

But now it's only about Japen and there teppanyaki style which is a bore to, your other views must not see it as I do. It's a shame. Japanese food is great but griddle entertainment sucks.....

I liked because it’s a good film, because they are so pro and likeable and the produce is very fresh. Some of my thoughts though, too much food for one person (gross when some people can’t even buy enough ordinary food as opposed to luxury food) and simply too much to eat to enjoy in my view. The menu should cost more than $120 because how can they make a profit otherwise? Also someone has to clean ALL these dishes, probably earning silt. 🙄
