I often times wonder about these so called rip off expensive restaurants n I've come up with my own conclusions. For those who can afford it, when you go to these places you're not paying for the food you know. I think you're paying the workers to go to the doctors for all those long painstakingly hours of standing on your feet petting n pampering n doing technical surgery on the food for you to eat🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 come on for goodness sake let's think about it what is soooooooo special that is being used on the goddamn food that a normal restaurant cannot do or our parents or grandparents cannot do???🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 trust me it really baffles me!!! How can someone pay thousands of dollars for a plate of almost nothing in it???🙄🙄🙄

Medium well is very good for wagyu, because the beef has so much fat, only medium well renders it and fills with flavor. Try a test on wagyu beef, you will be surprised that rare and medium rare doesn't taste as good and fragrant as a medium well.
