This guy really is GREAT. Some chefs are too fussy and showy. You get the feeling you are paying more to listen to the knives and spatulas clink around than the meal is worth. This guy is very balanced and 'tight' with his showmanship. And the food looks spectacular and delicious.

I believe this is the restaurant my wife and I visited where they asked if we wanted the "American menu", and I asked what the difference was, and the girl said, "It has English and the portion is much larger". 😆 At least she was honest. I had a 400g Kobe ribeye and my wife had a 250g Kobe filet, plus we had shrimp, scallops, and fried rice. Amazing experience, excellent service.
