    Dam bro you make it look easy but I know it took you hardass work to get there! Im struggling with 50 one pumps but I want to get to 100! Ill get there soon! Much respect and keep up the vids they make you want to get off that couch to see what you got!

    Instead of trying to do 100 in a row, it might help to do say 25 every 2-3 minutes with 1-2 minutes of rest or something like that (maybe a longer work interval and a longer rest interval it's up to you.) It gets much easier once you have the pace and movement down then you can start reducing your rest period and just work through it straight instead of in intervals. Additionally, this might be a no brainer but don't forget to breathe its very important when it comes to pacing and working through it when you're tired/gassing out. TL;DR: Make your own pace and work up to challenging yourself it'll be much easier on you.
