You never know what's behind the camera! Don't believe everything you see in only a video and please don't underrate yourself or your life due to youtube videos. Mostly videos like that need a lot of time for preparation and no life is always organized like it's shown in the video.

My grandma is. She's extremely organized. If you tell her she has OCD she WILL tell you: - " Who ever invented the OCD terminology is a nasty ass pig. There was no such thing in my time."

for people new to food prepping be aware lots of food changes texture once frozen. pasta, fresh veges, cooked red meat all go mushy and horrible. my suggestion would be prepping for only 2 days and keeping the food refrigerated, which has less of a texture change. when I started food prep I pretty much binned a weeks worth of food because of how gross it was after being frozen. start slow and see what works best :)

I hope you can answer this: I've got plans for working and studying at the same time. I will be out of my house from 7am to 9pm Classes start at 8:30 but i've got about 1.5 hour to get there and finishes at 12pm then i've got until 3pm to get to my work but i can't get back home for lunch due to the time travel which would take out time for studying so i plan to do it in my work place as i wait to the time to start working. So my lunch would be out of the fridge for like 5 hours. My question is how can i store my lunch so it doesn't get spoiled? Are there specifics food that are prone to get bad with that time without proper refrigeration?

My tip for squashinng bananas is to squeeze them unpealed first, so they become soft. After that, peal off and it would be much more easier to squash it using fork. Love your videos, especially minimalism series!
You should bloom your spices in some oil before you add the chickpeas( cook onions in oil and spices). The flavor will be a lot more pronounced.

my boyfriend and I are really slack in the cooking before hand department and honestly it is having a huge toll on our health. he started a new job is gathering a lot of weight from the stress so these videos are really helpful in that i will pay more attention to what i can make to make sure we're well nourished :)

This video gave me some ideas! I already meal prep quite often but now I'm excited to try the breakfast prep with the oats coconut and berries! This is super helpful for people who are new to meal prepping :)
I tried your museli breakfast. So good I was mainframe it the night before and I ate half of it before I could put it in the fridge. I could eat that all day.I made it with siggis coconut yogurt shredded coconut, I ate it with out the strawberries I bought for it.was hard finding coconut creamed,found it at whole foods.its really good. Thank you for such delicious healthy. And simple ingredients.I tried a clean eating approach before and lost weight.I followed Tosca Reno's book clean eating.

hey you need to know that lose weight by eating without a proper plan can affect your health seriously, if you want to lose weight by changing eating habits but don't want to affect your health, try *Imodstyle Diet Recipes* (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? I've got some awesome things about it! I *have lost about 10 pounds since last 2 weeks! I also feel stronger & healthier now!*

I made the protein bars minus the chia seeds coz I had none but they were awesome, also tried the curry as well but sauteed the onion and spices first and that's amazing!

I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but I am trying to cut back on the amount of meat I eat (because I eat more of that than anything else) while still having filling, flavorful meals. This was really helpful. And I love your containers! Where did you get them, if you don't mind me asking?
