1. If you've made granola before, which you will have if you make this on a regular basis, it will already be there. 2. You can buy granola 3. It's all in the routine, if you make this on a regular basis you'll get faster/have a lot of things prepared the day before

Sorry to hear that. Maybe try ingredients that are more local. Kiwis are expensive in US for eg, so I do more stuff with grapes/blueberries/apples. Also regular Greek yogurt or cottage cheese instead of soy is still healthy unless you are trying to be vegan or are lactose intolerant. And if you can get bulk granola from Costco and add raisins. If you are not from US I hope there are similar substitutions you could make.
@TheImprovised

You can make your own vegan yogurt for cheap. Also, if you go to a farmer's market toward the time they are going to close, you can get a great deal on produce because they want to get rid of it. Granola is cheap to make. Use oats and things. Spending $ on food to make yourself is cheaper than fast food. It's also cheaper than doctor bills and treating diabetes and heart disease.
@miriamrobarts

Another idea is growing some of your own food. Even if you just have a patio or a sunny window, you can grow edible plants in containers (you can also get a grow light for indoor gardening). See if there are things you can grow that are more expensive, or not available locally -- to supplement your grocery shopping. For example, fresh herbs are expensive in the store, but you can grow basil, chives, etc. in a pot on your windowsill.
Everything looks so fresh. Those are some unique, yet simple flavor combinations. An exceptional gift and talent with food.
More vegan recipes please!! I'm so in love with your videos and your voice is so calming.
