    Can some of you simply STOP the bashing? Rachael states in Every Fuggin Video that this is HER meal plan to deal with HER health issues. See your doctor, see a nutritionist, whatever works for YOU. She is sharing what works for HER.. sharing recipes we might like to try, sharing her story.. very candid and honestly as well! When you can take a huge leap of faith like she has and put it alll out there for the world to see, you shouldn't have trolls telling you you're harming others! Geez!

    You can eat over 20g of net carbs and stay in ketosis. Jason Whitrock,Goody Beats,Thomas DeLauer look them up on here you shouldn't eat more than 30 for most people others can go higher some can't make it there but over 20g doesn't mean you are out of ketosis

    Oh my goodness, Rachel. Please make more of these. It's so difficult sometimes to find recipes like this that are for the PCOS/lowcarb/keto demographic. I'm getting so inspired by this because it's usually difficult to make do when so much food is high carb and/or most recipes out there are either not delicious or contain too much processed food ingredients.

    Great for busy lifestyle and yes I have done it. Watching my carbs intake, heart condition, good way to be prepare and not cheat if you come in late and don't want to cook.

    I've been cooking a keto breaky bake religiously since watching this vid. I change it up all the time, dependent on what's left in my fridge, but it's sooo easy and satisfying. Also perfect for lunch or dinner if I'm on the go.

    im on keto as well. thats my 5th day and i already lost 2 kgs. this diet is the best because i have insulin resistance and was not able to lose weight for a long time. finally found the thing that works for me.

    just remember the initial big weight loss can also be a lot of loss of retained water. So if you don't see consistent huge losses in the first few weeks don't feel discouraged! It takes 2-3 months and then you will be losing weight consistently again (if that's your goal of course!) Greetings from another ketoer :D

    Rachel, I just want to say THANK YOU. I've been following you for a long time and through your PCOS journey. I also have PCOS and I was diagnosed about 8 years ago. I really appreciate your tips, and meal prep videos! I made ALL of these recipes which I would never normally make any of it because it is unlike anything I've ever eaten. You made me realize that I love mushrooms, which I have hated them my whole life! Haha. I am eating the curry right now, and oh my gosh it's good! Anyways, keep up the good work you look great!     these really help me to stay on top of my keto-game. I lost about 22 kg, but right now in a bit of a funk. I still feel you're quit high on carb-intake, but with soms tweaks these should fit into my eatingschedule. Busier times are coming for me, so need to get to meal-prepping for myself aswell!! Keep it up & stay fit!!

    I have a few of the main symptoms & from previous experience going really low carb to no carb & getting results makes me feel like I need to follow a Keto diet like this honestly everything looked super easy to make & im glad I came across ur videos because I didn’t even know what keto diet really means but I’m really considering it

    I've actually been making something really similar to the coconut Chicken curry dish lately. It's really delicious-- I definitely recommend adding fresh ginger and serving it over quinoa (if you eat quinoa).

    I tried all the receipts... I thought avocado bites was the most difficult one ... to fry theses babies were a hell..but they were very tasty as Rachel even mentioned in the video... my favourite is def the bake veg w chicken sausage ... I love it! Thanks for recipes Rachel!!xx

    I've been eating like this too. It blows my mind cause I lost a bunch of weight too, I would never think eating more fats and cheeses would make me thinner. I think the culprit of weight gain is bread and sugar so if you get rid of those you're pretty solid. Also love these videos 🙃

    My husband and I are going to try and go Ketogenic to support my best friend's five year old daughter, who has to switch to that lifestyle to control her epileptic seizures. These recipes look easy and tasty! plus I bet our five year old bestie will love the peanut butter balls as a new treat.

    I make a bunch of Tuna and ricotta (cottage cheese? Not dure if it's the same thing) with salt, pepper and olive paste. I usually bake them but they are wonderful deep fried.

    absolutely loving your keto meal prep videos. I am on my second round of keto (fell off the wagon for a while after being keto for nearly 3 years) and this is really helping me stay inspired instead of just eating some chicken and cheese and calling it a day haha

    Hey! I can only speak from my experience so this absolutely doesn't mean it is this way for everyone. I am absolutely and completely addicted to sweet foods ( and I mean addicted as actually addicted... like eating 3000 calories in one sitting)... so when I went off keto for my wedding and just never went back on I gained a lot of weight. but again... I did not eat like a normal person would. So for me keto meant controlling an addiction and not having these intense cravings.. as soon as I went back off keto and sugar&starches were back in my life I lost all control. So the short answer is: Yes I put back on all the weight I lost on keto. But it's really not like that for everyone.

    Strawburreh87 I think you raised an awesome point here about sugar addiction. Keto is amazing for helping you quit the addiction. It's very hard to give up something that you have to eat every day. The best thing about Keto is you're full all the time so you don't go looking for sugar and you don't have those sugat highs and lows that keep you in the sugar loop ☺

    Everything looks really good! (Though I'm skeptical of the salmon avo balls because I prefer fresh uncooked avocado.) Maybe I'd make salmon and almond balls/patties and have the guac on the side to make sliders or like baby meatballs. But Everything else looks so nice! In the glass Tupperwares it's like the fridge becomes your own custom convenience store.

    Ahhh amazing keto video with so many ideas 😮 Long story short, it is best for me to eat low-to-no carb, and I got off to such a great start to the year, but the last 2 months I've completely lost my mojo for various reasons.     I loved this video, you make food prep look so achieveable! I also loved the things I could imagine going on behind the scenes, like you rolling your eyes when you discovered no-damn-garlic in the cupboard.. and the huge mess that's undoubtedly just off camera to the left or right :D

    I love your meal prep videos. I also eat "low carb" but I don't restrict carbs from fruits and veggies. If I eat starchy carbs I plan them around my workouts.
