Probably using the free wifi for... stuff that you don't wanna do at home its pretty common, just know that their network is monitored and all activity is logged, so if you plan on doing the same, just use a VPN (after logging into the wifi)

A tip... Spray the bug spray on a sheet wipe and wipe any part of your body you can reach especially on your face. You can keep the spray out of your eyes a lot easier. A lot of the spray which you just spray on yourself just goes in the air. You can reuse the sheet wipes until they either get dirty or fall apart.

It’s amazing how much everyone loves this guy, this videos been up 45 minutes and it’s got 35,000 views and 5000 likes. Seems like such a genuine nice person

I will admit that it was hard for me to feel happy about the trees I've painted with Bob Ross. lol Over time, I realized that I actually did paint something better than I normally would have because I had learned from Bob Ross, plus I have the excuse of trying to paint with acrylics instead of the oils he uses. It's very much like your channel, Steve, in that many of us do something similar because we've been inspired by you, but none of us come out with exactly the same thing in the end. Been feeling unwell for the past couple of weeks...battling late stage lymphoma/cancer. I just noticed the new video from Steve. Yay! I can't begin to tell you how many times watching a video by you has helped get my mind off the negative side of things. I'm always grateful to see a new video pop up. I stopped watching camping videos because my interests tend to change quite a lot but a youtube video I watched mentioned you and then I thought I'd come back and start watching again. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your Wife and Mom. I'm glad to see you're still finding your sneaky spots and uploading for us viewers to enjoy! Your videos are entertaining and very relaxing! Keep yourself well and keep being awesome :)

The reason most camping gear is in bright colors is that you *can* be found. I think the primary reason is search and rescue, but I imagine it's nice to easily see your own campsite from some distance as well.

Always remember: no matter where you are, whether it’s a public place or deep in the woods, Steve may be watching!

@@dakotaellis9978 Absolutely, I don't even see it as a full fledged camping channel, it's more like a way for us to hang out with Steve every week - It just so happens we hang out at campsites (Or sometimes in shrubs and bushes, wrapped in trashbags, during a thunderstorm). Between him and his English equivalent Kent Survival, it's just endlessly peaceful. genuinely feels like you're just off with your friend - I just wish the videos were longer. I'd happily sit and watch a 30-40 minute video here. Also it would be awesome to see Steve and KS do a collab, but I do fear the serenity may achieve ultimate enlightenment and Steve will transcend us all.

Just imagine working at McDonald's and taking out the trash and Steve is just watching you from the trees😂

His effervescent and contagious zeal for life and his ability to literally overcome the greatest tragedy that I could ever imagine is nothing short of inspirational. Kids, this is the kind of person you want to grow up to be. Respectful, sincere, caring and above all else, be honest. This is SOOOO much more than just a camping show. This is critical life-lesson stuff. I love this man as I would my own brother.

We need to make a bunch of life-sized standees of Steve crouching by a camp stove and put them all over the country behind signs, under bushes, in the woods, between dumpsters, etc. That way if someone actually sees him they'll think it's just another cardboard cutout.

Steve is definitely the most humble guy on youtube. Goes through more than I can imagine and still manages himself! I PRAY that good things happen in your life. I'm sorry for everything youve gone through recently but you're truly an inspiration on my life so i thank you so much! Me and one million other people love you!

This made my heart happy! My 8 yo nephew was in in accident and has been at Children’s Mercy Hospital for a week and I’ve been caring for his 11 yo brother and 3 yo sister and I’m emotionally exhausted. This made the things so much better! Thank you!

Hi have been watching you for about 2 weeks and just subscribed to your channel. I am 77 and use to camp all the time. Love it and miss it. I have arthritis in my spine and knee. I have a lot of camping equipment in haven’t used since 2015 in Muskegon, MI. I am living again watching you camp. If I ever get the $$ and could afford a camper I would be out camping again but my 1 st love is tent camping but too hard to get down on an air bed etc. cheers. Love watching your camping shows.

Im working a 9-5 retail job that due to short staff has been killing my energy for the past few years even getting into my private life, wasnt even granted a day off for funerals or other stuff. Yeeeeehaw, I too use to hide behind the bins outside the chapel. One time someone did urine on to my face but they had no idea I was there.

Seeing Steve smile warms the heart. But the downside is now we all know the bushes behind the drive-thru May conceal a stealth man 👀

Nothing better than eating some McDonald's while watching Steve camp behind a McDonald's.

What is a Big Mac taco? Is it something on their menu? I never heard of it. Also baffled how he had to order the Big Mac sauce separately? (Extra plastic container waste and extra $, why they not just put it ON the Big Mac.) it’s been a while since I’ve been to MCDONALDS.

IDK eating a hot pocket while watching was good too

Long time ago, when I was in Texas very small town at a mcdonalds drive through, I witnessed a kid couldn't be more than 19 years old get a 15 foot livestock trailer stuck in the inside drive through. It took about 20 minutes for the mcdonalds to continue normal drive through operations because nobody could get through, he got stuck on the curb and there was a lot of backing up and driving forward🤣

Love your videos! I was watching the Walmart parking lot Napier tent video this morning and saw your meal. It looked very good so I went to the store and bought all the ingredients and made it for dinner for the family. Awesome dinner!! Thanks for all your efforts in putting out quality, wholesome content.

I was happy to see this. Years ago on a road truo.we pulled into a similar lot to sleep in the truck. The restaurant was closed, it was about 3:30 am. We just got some sleep then 5am hit, the lights turned on, and it got busy for breakfast.

Steve's in his happy place when he finds a good camping spot.

I sleep in my local river sometimes. I'll kayak at night and then park it and sleep on some blankets on a rock. It's super sketchy and totally not allowed, but there's a kind of thrill and rebellion to it.

Steve Ive been thru some pains simillar to yours and your kindness and consistency to keep keeping on is inspiring for me.
