You just have to like this manager! Always that little extra kind word to their customers, fills fries properly in the package. (I have many times at other McDonald's received too little and really wondered if it really is a medium fries, or small?) Furthermore, always thank your staff and always with that little extra encouraging word. 👍😍

The amount of positive energy from you when you work is honestly amazing! ❤ Much respect for all McDonald's employees 🙌👏

One of the great things you don't see too often anymore, managers & leaders right on the front lines with the employees, in the trenches side by side, not spending all day tucked in a back office somewhere being not in tune with what's going on daily. A pleasant sight to see, sir, bravo! 👍

I don't know why, but in the videos of sandwich making, the metal tongs being tossed back into the metal holding area is oddly satisfying. LOL Also the bubbling oil when fries or nugs ard dropped.

Love how you give over flowing fries. Mine are usually 3/4 or less full.

I Have to say that you and crew were a well oiled machine, The ammount of Respect and Class was amazing, Keep up teh great work :)

Wish I worked at this McDonalds. Back in the UK we wear proper uniforms but there it looks more chilled and you guys work well and communicate. Keep it up stephan dealing with front orders and content :) .

@@StephenPatulaI’d be down to see that, it’s always nice to see other people feel the pain of closing. My personal least favorite thing to do is cleaning the fry station because your hands just get caked in oil

I love the way he's filling an order but also puts a batch of french fries in to help his fry cook.

That’s the way to lead the team. Cast that shadow. Encourage, motivate and coach, even if it’s not running super smooth. It will build a sense of let’s push harder. “Good Job” and “High Fives”. I tell my swing managers when the shift is over, thank the team.

This is what a great leader looks like. I worked at mcdonalds before and managers either go tell you to go do THEIR job or just sit back and have 14-18 yr olds do it. They get mad if you don’t. See the mcdonalds owner is a OLD MAN and he goes to the kitchen and help love him. Now the co owners they just stand there and watch you. Man to have someone like him he seems like a great vibe.

I love watching these videos however back in the day we were never permitted to have a broom/dustpan and/or mop/bucket up front where the customers ordered food. I noticed this is several videos. Also, We always had someone at the fry station to keep the fries coming hot and fresh vs everyone having to fend for themselves. It’s the little things that are tended to that keep the customers coming back even if at a fast food restaurant.
