Always bugs me thinking if I worked at a McDonald’s I couldn’t do this because I wasn’t the owner. And the only reason he is able to create a YT channel showing this is because he IS an owner of this franchise. So he’s already got his bonuses and he’s doing well, doubley so since he can collect revenue from the YT channel too. The rich get richer and poor get poorer

You can literally see her improve, and ALSO gain confidence, from just within this 20 min time span. Great teacher, and his wife is funny. He should buy her a jar of only perfectly sized/proportioned pickle slices for her bday. She clearly loves them!

I have never worked in a restaurant. I am a home bound senior and I love these videos. My favorite fries are Mickey D's and I love Big Mac x-tra Pickles. If I had to work at any fast food kitchen, it would have to be McDonald’s. The thought process in the flow of the kitchen is very impressive. The little tools, gadgets, Knick-nacks that fit perfectly in holders to grab stuff is also awesome! Good stuff man.

All fast foods are honestly kinda same it’s just based on who you are working with some stores might have kind people some might have very mean people definitely the managers

I start my job at mcdonalds next week and getting to watch you put the sandwiches together is really calming my nerves about training. I definitely like the little tray used to put the chicken sandwich together on instead of the bag just keeps the outside of the bag cleaner for the guests. I do wish McDonald’s would bring back McDonaldland characters

I worked at mcdonalds from 97 till 2003. These videos bring back memories lol. Its surprising how not much has changed in the grill area in 20 years.

I have so much respect for you making these videos… I had no idea how intensive it is working at McDonald’s. I had the assumption it was super easy anyone can do it…. This opened my eyes a lot. You are a great teacher.

wait. so you play music at your mcdonald’s, that changes the entire work experience. i worked at mcdonald’s and they played absolutely no music because it was “too distracting” and can’t hear callout. Now i work at raising canes where the music is full blast and can completely hear callouts. The music 100% DEFINITELY gets me hyped up and makes me work better in every way.

@@bagged_9.5coupe51 nah, i haven’t seen that yet but there are a few things customers do here and there to get what they can out of us haha, like lying about not getting the sauce since they’ll just take it out of the boxes and show us them without the sauce and then we have to give them some.

I applaud everyone who works in fast-food because if you've never worked there then you have no clue the many steps it takes to get your food out to you FAST!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Dear Stephen, I have been watching your videos for a while now, and I can't help but acknowledge your patience and encouragement towards your team members. I encountered an imbecile yelling at a worker at a Mcdonald's Restaurant in Australia, Victoria. Now, being in hospitality for 10 years. I pulled this guy aside and ripped into him verbally and told him directly that you have no idea what pressure the people at the back are facing order after order, and you're complaining about a cheeseburger? I told him, get behind there and make your goddamn cheeseburger and 100 more after that and you'll see the difference. His attitude changed rather quickly after I spoke to him in this manner. He grabbed his cheeseburger and stormed away. Idiot! Thank you, Stephen, for your videos. You are an inspiration to watch and learn from working within the hospitality industry. Ahh, before I forget, you make me hungry every time I watch your shift. Thanks for that.
