It is a thing of beauty that mere months after this episode, in December of that year, they went off the deep end into nerd ravine and started playing Dungeons and Dragons so hard they cried.

some yahoos get to me...this is one. like this guy seems to think hes the main character in an anime and all the parents are badly drawn extras...of course that being said these three dads are all very dorky now so

you can really tell that griffin was only like 26 or 27 at this time lol. many years and two kids later, and even griffin is exactly like justin said haha. big ole dweeboid, completely crystallized, out of the game and totally fine with it. love that for them

and on a sidenote... i'm 25, so it's super super weird to listen to episodes where griffin was about my age. that's weird lol. by the time i got into mcelroy content, henry was already born, so he's just always been a dad in my conception of who they all are

i am 21 and set to have our first kid here in a lil over a month, and honestly? almost immediately after becoming pregnant i could feel my ability to learn new cool things draining, because i just didnt have the energy. the kids at work would show me things or say new cool things to me and i just wouldnt understand😅 so yeah i really think parenthood immediately makes you kind of lame and its sort of nice to no longer have to care!

Logically I knew the boys have been making content for like 6 or 7 years but when Justin said Rileigh was 13 I had a goddamn heart attack bc I'm the same age as she is and I CANNOT imagine my 13 year old self anywhere near these boys' content, that would be a scary equation

You actually only need to get 1 in every 67 of something to say that it's 1 percent. That's the point where 1% gets closer to the answer than 2%.
