Let me share something with you, I’m a 51yr old mom of 2. My daughter 19 and my son is 16, my son is completely disabled, he solely depend on me. Right after my 51st Birthday I literally hit rock bottom financially, so scary when you have 2 people depending on you. I was borrowing money left and right something I never done before. Back in February you was my first budgeting video that I saw. You truly inspire me. This is the first month in a year that I was able to pay all my bills within that month. All this to let you know that what you do means a lot to some of us, just know your appreciated, many Blessings to you and your family.

Hey girl hey! Welcome back! Im a 62 yr old (soon 63 on may 4th ) once a month social security budgeter. Your channel has encouraged me both financially and spirtually. I can relate to your simple budgeting style. Because of your channel i started with budgeting book and tracking my expenses to the penny. As i mentioned before i paid off a credit card at the end of april and have one more to go. The prayer on mondays started me sending my tithes to a local church who i follow online because of disabilities that dont allow me to attend. I said all that to say we need you out here in these youtube streets lol...lets get it!

I 100% get it! My son’s birthday is may 1 and he’ll be 15 years old 😮only managed to pay $40 off of my total debt. Thankfully I get money 3 times this month so that magical month is happening for me! 😊

Don't give up! You've got this! My mentor tells me a few different things when I'm overwhelmed and want to give up. She says, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." Sounds weird but it's an old fashioned saying. In other words, when it's overwhelming just do one thing at a time. She also says onward and upward and I love that. Even if the steps for this month are baby steps, hang in there. Focus on what you can and don't worry about what you can't do. I also think you should celebrate all the debt you have paid so far. I'm praying for you.

Thank you for the easy, close-out example to follow for April's budget. I did go through my bank statement to get the info on my expenses/purchases from the 2nd half of April, so I am able to fill in all my info. I will use the simple close out you did to complete this month (right on time, April 30th). I will be ready to start my May budget since my next payday is this Friday the 3rd.😊 I was blessed by God Who completely canceled an unexpected large payment that I was facing by today, 4/30! Good seeing you again, just keep right on pushing things do turn around and whatever you can put on debt is a plus, don’t get discouraged that the amount is super high, ever little bit help. I know for the next three months we have biotin my family. My youngest daughter, my older daughter and then myself, top it off my two sisters so we are all summer folks! One step at a time. I am a one month budget person, hubby is retired so at the beginning it was really difficult now have gotten the hang of it and we just roll right along. Your April sounded exactly like mine. Honestly March and April doubled teamed me. I was thinking to myself last night don't even try to go back and finish closing out those two months because it would probably be impossible. My sinking fund helped alot with my birthday in April. May will be a pivotal month for me also and I'll have to push my goal back to the first of 2025😢. I'm feelin' tired but wont give up!!!!

Hey Bestie we have missed you, I pray that all is well , yesterday at church the message was about "Spiritual Awaking " purpose of the struggle. Romans 7:21-25 It says I have discovered this principle of life , that when I want to do what is right I inevitably do what is wrong . I love God's law with all my heart. But there is another power within me that is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me ,Oh what miserable person i am , who will free me from this life that is dominated by my sin and death, Thank God the answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So you see how it is , In my mind I really want to obey God's law, but because of my sinful nature I am a slave to sin. God is not done with us honey i know that our mind fight against what is right and it's easy to get off track , we love what you are doing here on your chanel you have helped me so much on my journey of becoming debt free and trust me honey i was not where i am a year ago. Everthing we do is only for a season this to shall pass, you got this bestie we are here for each other 💖❤♥♥♥🙏

I can tell you’re tired. I wondered if that’s why you took a break from posting. (And I know KZread is a lot of work, too.) One thing to think about: You are getting IT DONE. Maybe it’s not as fast as you would like, but look at your numbers. Look at those bills that you do not have to pay this month because YOU WIPED THEM OUT EARLIER THIS YEAR. YOU DID THAT. YOU GOT IT DONE. Find the motivation where you can. That bathroom floor - could you be doing that if you still had all your debts? Probably not! Washer/dryer? Same thing. You can afford those goal items because you paid off some debts! Think about the future for your grand baby and your daughter. Whatever you need to tell yourself to keep looking down the road and getting it done - there’s the motivation. Maybe it’s diapers or preschool or Christmas toys - you’ve got better things to do with your money than pay credit card interest. You can do this! ❤
