Marvel Fire Diversity Leader After Anti-White Racism Lawsuit - We’ve Won

Ойын-сауық

Disney Marvel have once again found themselves in bad headlines, as it's being reported Marvel has fired 15 employees which include Junior executives involved in their disaster movies and shows as of late. Not only this but Disney Marvel has cancelled multiple MCU projects which all seem to be diversity based, which also comes following the civil rights complaint against Disney for anti-white male discrimination. Now why this is sad to see is because diversity doesn't make the projects bad, but it's Disney's fault for ruining many of the diverse MCU heroes movies due to bad storytelling.

@@thejessegrant Movie attendance peaked in 1933. After WW2, 3-channel free TV came along. But according to TV Guide, the most popular TV episodes aired in the 1950's, 60's and early 70's. Before cable-TV. Cable-TV kept TV alive with customer monthly bills paying for all the crap they never watched. Movies and TV are in secular decline. Moves and TV shows will never be "popular again." Same with horrible "pop music." That was just TV music. Now the entire Billboard Top-200 Singles list accounts for less than 5% of streaming music in the USA. TV and "pop music" were post-WW2 Boomer kid things. That's all over now. The "details" don't matter anymore.

I'd argue that in many cases, "diversity" does make or break a movie. I, for one, am tired of 130-lb boss babes clenching their teeth and beating up men twice their size, medieval European sets with characters from downtown LA in the 21st century, etc. "Diversity" initiatives also hire unqualified writers, directors, and showrunners.

But imho thats the point Jesse is making: the problem is puting diversity in first place, and thus hiring unqualified writers, directors, and showrunners who only have the right "politics". But a diverse cast or even diverse/feminist ideas can be in good movies , just as right wing ideas. IF one looks closely at House of the Dragon, The Boys, The Silo one can see diverse cast or even some ideas that could broadly called " leftist". But they are all first rate TV series. ITs just you must have a good story , care about it, thats all that matters. Not starting with political ideas that you want in your movie and your m"diverse" cast first , and then add some pulp story as aftertought. It sounds neboulous when i write it, but I can feel it easily when I watch a movie.

The problem is that they always want forced diversity, not naturally occurring diversity, as in diverse ideas, personality traits, character backgrounds, life experiences, etc., it's all about race and gender now. True diversity (which doesn't exclude the types of diversity mentioned above) is okay, and there are places where many cultures mix together and it's okay to have a movie accurately represent them, the problem comes when you try to force diversity in medieval Europe or in a movie based around a European folklore or mythology, they can't seem to accept the fact that some places only have white people in them.

In the case of that particular samurai, it's one person and was clearly a rare situation. So don't put southern California diversity into a movie set in rural 17th century Japan. Tell a story about that samurai. It sounds fascinating, but don't pretend like every other samurai is from Africa. Don't take a mythology written for the British and put a whole bunch of ethnicities that would NOT have been in the British Isles in the medieval/ancient period that the stories are set into that story. There are ways to make it work and one is to accept that not every story has to be for every person. Not every story has to be diverse. Does that mean you have to keep diversity actively out? No. Black Panther wasn't diverse. It was all about black people. That's fine. That's the setting for the story. Shogun isn't particularly diverse. Yeah, there's a white guy in it, but most of the people are Japanese, as one would expect. I haven't seen Godzilla-1, but I'd be willing to bet that there isn't a whole lot of diversity in it. It's still a good movie. Star Trek: TOS was extremely diverse for its time period. Black female bridge officer, Russian bridge officer (during the Cold War, no less!), Japanese bridge officer. And it didn't matter. Now, it might have mattered to some people, but it didn't have a dramatic impact on the show itself because there was no reason that there wouldn't have been that kind of diversity in the future world that Roddenberry was creating. In the Wheel of Time books, you knew where a person was from based on how they looked and how they spoke because of the isolation of the various villages. When Amazon made the travesty of a TV series, they made every place a wash of the same range of ethnicities. How in the world could the Two Rivers people recognize that someone was not local to the area when every village has the exact same amount of diversity everywhere in the world? HOWEVER, they could have put diversity into the Wheel of Time books authentically by having the Tairans be one ethnicity and the Two Rivers people be another, the Aiel another, etc. And some places, like Tar Valon would be naturally diverse because the Aes Sedai came from everywhere. But no, every town has to be like a modern metro area and that ruins the story as being told. That is my suggestion.

Hollywood is likely also involved in the kiddy porn on the side imo. Rich elites own the cops so they never get caught. It's a corrupt world. Notice when Sound of Freedom came out you didn't see any hollywood actors getting behind the social justice movement to raise awareness for this hidden underground business exposing who are all the clients for the sex slaves?Because they are likely the ones involved in it when they sell out to the illuminati. They are trapped into going along with it in exchange for fame and fortune. You don't ever get to a position of power unless they have some dirt on you that lets them control you with blackmail footage for the rest of your life. Rappers and hip hop artists have tried to expose it for long time but normies don't want to hear about this. They just can't handle it.

Amazing how hubris turned everything on its head. At one point, to be linked to a marvel project was a career maker, and if there was friction or you were fired, it’d almost certainly mean you’re out of work for a while. Now it seems the exact opposite. If your name is now linked to Marvel or Disney these days, it almost certainly mean career s**cide.

Lol, the writers and producers at Disney certainly did not help with career's getting ruined. But I would argue that 70% of the reason that career's got ruined, was the actors and directors calling all there fans "incels" on social media. You know, the fans that pay to see movies? The thing that ultimately is the bedrock of keeping you employed? Naw, as far as I'm concerned, no sympathy. Everybody involved with making and promoting Larry Fink's woke trash can all go to hell.

Wakanda Forever went away from what worked the first time and made feminism the focus. Masculinity was lacking in that film. Disney isn't for black men either, despite what many believe. Most of the LGBT representation in these movies are black people. That's not Disney respecting black people at all. It's pandering.

They are disrespectful to the fans, they just want people to consume product and wait for more product. You don't have to always copy from the source material when making an adaptation. However, what you have to do is keep the spirit of the work or characters. The best example of this is the LoRs Trilogy, what significantly deviates from the source material for the better.

The interconnectedness is a pretty big problem too. You can’t really just go see a marvel movie because it’s an episode rather then a movie and you’ll be showing up in the middle of the show if you want to watch one. Even when it doesn’t feel like showing up in the middle of a random season they infect each other with connection. It’s infected with soap opera’s curse. It’s worthless because there’s never gonna be an end. Politics is the obvious elephant in the room; but the fact that the franchise has structurally become garbage is a real overlooked problem.
