For those who don’t understand, the fact that he was the world champion in powerlifting and a national champion weight lifter that same year is beyond insane!!! They are 2 completely different animals. The technique alone as a powerlifter is flabbergasting. I had been training powerlifting for 4-5 years and had barely touched the surface of perfecting my technique. I started training Olympic weightlifting And it was months of form work before I was even allowed to put weight on the bar. Powerlifting is pure power used in the most controlled way possible. 90+% of Olympic weight lifting is the technique needed to throw and catch hundreds of pounds above your head.

Mark Henry is most likely the strongest man to ever come through WWE. There are some incredibly strong guys, Cena being one of them, but Mark had the numbers to back it up. MH is a monster athlete who should have had more titles and better storylines. Between his athleticism and his mic skills (look up his retirement speech when he wears his salmon colored jacket), Mark was insanely talented and deserved a better run than he had. As for Shawn Michaels. Fuck that guy. I know I wouldn't last in the locker room cause I don't think shitting in people's sandwiches and hiding people's crutches are "pranks". He did more then me on record. It’s true. But marks 400 . Theirs a difference in weight. Weight ratio? I did more. I’ve also back squatted 500. At 173 pounds could mark do that? Weight ratio? Theirs a difference there. I wonder what mark would think about that statement? Also at 240 pounds? The wrestler Johnny the bull military pressed the 360 pound rikishi . And the 340 pound umaga. On different occasions in pro matches. Do you think mark could do that? And , also for the record, What about that little 150 pound Jewish feller. . That did all those peculiar power lifting feats a while back on earth? I don’t remember his name. But what about him? I bet you mark would look at him and wonder why he was so strong. His power lifting feats were probably more astounding then marks. I’m quessing Most people would think so. Anyways.

The last live WWE event I went to I saw Shawn Michaels there and let me tell you, that guy is literally three or five pounds bigger than I am and I weigh 203 lbs, Mark Henry would only need a few seconds..

Screw all that. If I was a wrestler back in those days, I don't care who's boyfriend Shawn Michaels was. Hazing and disrespect won't slide. I come from the Rick Rude, Ron Simmons, Meng, Undertaker, and Steve Blackmon school. Cross that line and you're feeling PAIN. If I want to go easy, tell you to pick a hand like Rob Van Dam. Vince McMahon don't like it, tell him to come meet me in my dressing or outside the venue by himself and tell me that he didn't like what I did.

Could Cael Sanderson beat Shawn Michaels in a Shoot Wrestling Match? I always wondered if College/NCAA/Amateur Wrestlers could beat Top PROS like Shawn Michaels, Hulk Hogan or even the MIZ if it was a REAL Wrestling Match?

I think you're exaggerating a lot of them would be able to beat up Michaels but people act like he was tiny or something. There's been lots of smaller wrestlers than Shawn over the years and i doubt he is the weakest there ever was there is a lot he would beat up and be alot harder to beat up than u think. He was pretty tough in being able to take punches & starting fights that he knew he'd probably lose. If he was as much of a wimp as people say he would not be as rude to guys he was rude to over the years & starting fights he'd run a mile instead.

Don't be silly, Shawn got the crap beaten out of him at a bar by one marine (not 9 or whatever the fuck the WWF PR machine wants you to think). He couldn't fight for shit, even Bret who wasn't the biggest badass of all time could've killed Shawn if he wanted to. Shawn and HHH are entertainers, they aren't tough whatsoever.@@cutekanjii

I remember when I was a kid watching a live segment of Mark Henry putting on a weight belt and rolling a frying pan up like a tortilla. The only thing I could think at the time was that the frying pan was probably fake. Maybe just like a prop. It wasn't. I don't know if Mark Henry would win every fight on Earth, he wasn't a BJJ guy or an olympic wrestler, but I have a feeling that if he got his hands on anyone like Shawn Michaels, he'd have simply pulled them apart like taffy. Unbelievably strong man...
