My favourite tv show growing up was Mandrake and Manjosh.
Anna I just realized that you are back on. I'm very pleased. I will go back and see how many I've missed. Your videos and presentation are excellent and very much appreciated!
I love that creepy music. Video was uploaded 1 hour ago, but there are comments from 7 months ago???

Interesting topic, arresting presentation. 🐻
Great video as usual, and I appreciate you covering the lesser-known parts of European folklore as well
Great video!! I immediately thought of pans labyrinth and the mandrake scene where ofelia puts the mandrake in milk under her pregnant mothers bed to help her get better.
Awesome video, always freaked me out when they showed it in Harry Potter
Delightful video! Thanks for the info! ✌️🦄
"Mandrake Root" by Deep Purple leaps to mind... 😊
I get so excited when I see a new Anna video! This is the best way I can think of to let my phone battery die during this power outage!
loved it Anna glad to see you again love mythology and amazing as usual
Will you start posting normally again soon🥺
great video as always, hope you'll make a video on Morgan Le Fay from Arthurian legends or the duendes from Spanish folklore one day
Before the video starts here's my fantasy idea of what mandrake root does (this is for a d&d campaign and just my take on what it is based on what I knew before watching this or anything else, really, about mandrakes): It's considered a plant, when pulled from the ground its screech and cry can knock people unconscious. Depending on the severity, this could even mean instant death. The reason the harvested root is valuable: it's a potent potion making ingredient but also said to fuel a forge brighter than any wood, allowing the smelting of rare ore such as mithril. That's my contribution! now to watch the video!
Thank you for viodoi
Your work is missed greatly.
I’ve always heard about the semen from a hung man as well 👍🏾
