Making Apricot Brandy - Part 2 !!!!!

This is the 2nd Part of the series on how to make Apricot Brandy. The first video showed how I put the vodka, sugar and apricots together and then stored it for a couple of months. Today I am showing you how to strain, and store the Brandy. It came out amazing and really delicious. Its very easy to make. I hope you will give this a try. Here is the recipe:
Pauline's Apricot Brandy
2 Cups Apricots (halved - with pits and peelings)
2 Cups Sugar
1 Quart Vodka
Pour together and put in food grade bucket. Store for a month or so. Then strain solids and store in refrigerator. Delicious!!!!
