Love this idea. I keep my Rotary cutters in a tin, then can't remember which tin, so this pouch will be on my to make list. Thank you for this project. 👍😊

I love the one.with the turquoise binding on better. I love the colours in the squares. What a lovely gift they would make in general.

It would be a nice gift for a hand sewer too. If you put 2 small grommets one in each corner, you could put it on the wall near your cutting station.

It's a great demo, but it is always nice to see how other people do their mitred corners and join the ends of the binding. I've not mastered it yet and every time I do a project I have to look it up again.

I can’t find vileness in US. I thought about using batting/wadding but I don’t think that would work.

I love your videos because you don't rush though. But the problem I have is some of the British words with your lovely accent, I am in Pennsylvania USA. I can't understand what the name of the piece is that we iron the squares onto. If you could give a link that would be so helpful. I look forward to watching more of your videos.

Hello you explain very clearly but sometimes use vocabulary that I don t understand even I look on google and couldn t find it, such us “gridded violin” or “wadding” I guess is batting. I would like if you use common quilting vocabulary. Thanks a lot.

Hi Ana, Katrina says "Gridded Vilene" which is interfacing with grid lines on it. Wadding is the British word for batting. Hope this makes sense.

Hey @Needleworknut ! Vilene Interfacing is a non-woven fabric which is used as an extra layer in a garment to provide shape and support. ... Most Vilene Interfacings have a heat-activated adhesive on one side, and are known as 'iron-on' or 'fusible' interfacings. :)
