I installed the LS7 clutch from Tick Performance, married the LS1 and T56 Magnum, and got them installed into the S10 frame

As an experienced builder of these lil baby trucks w/ over 1000hp .sorry about your crash ! Might I suggest more frame structure, I've twisted 6 of these S10's .Nice craftsmanship

I bench bled my complete clutch hydraulic system, then installed it in the trans. and just laid the master on the valley, installed engine and trans in vehicle, hooked clutch pedal up, had a perfect clutch in about 2 pumps. No speed bleeder, no hassle in bleeding. Cool Videos.

After seeing the fitment of the headers, I am going to cancel my apparently back ordered blackheart manifolds and go with these. Like you, I could find very little info on the Blackheart line-up of parts. It's good to see your videos a few steps ahead of my 83 swap. Keep it up, looking forward to more videos.

Thank you for the kind words! Im really glad the Blackheart stuff worked out, and I'm glad I could put info out there. There's literally zero info. Not surprised at all that my final review video has been my most viewed by over 1000 views

I originally wanted to do a T56, but they shot up in price around the time I was looking tuy my drivetrain. I couldn't swing $2k for just the trans, so I bought a 2003 Silverado 2500HD 2wd with an LQ4/4L80E for $1800 and drove it home. To acommodate my want to drive a manual trans, I bought a '99 Neon for $550. lol

Looks great and I agree theres nothing wrong with the stock brake lines so why change them, all in the stock location.

Thanks for videos, It looks like it is coming along very nice. But I have a question, with the driverside header your using, is there any , or do you think there will be clearance issues with the steering shaft?

No issues with the shaft. I am running a modified Asto van shaft, but there's plenty of room. I had to zip tie up one plug wire

What t56 trans mount are you using ?

I just got my t56 the other day. It came set up with the f body tail housing and came with a quick time bellhousing for ls. It was a deal I couldn't pass on. I have a 6.0 for my swap. My trans didn't come with a shifter. What shifter did you use?

The Holley oil pan fit without notching, but was really close on my truck. I noticed a spot on the pan where it made contact at some point during mock up, so I just notched it for piece of mind

Do you have to have a wiring harness for those kind of transmissions ?

Speedway Motors Tubular UCAs. They're the same as the G body. Run two of the 8" arms (right hand side IIRC) for the street

They work fine for me. I'm on 1" drop spring, 2"drop spindles, with 1/2" tall balljoints, 3" drop leaf springs and ZQ8 sway bars. If I could change anything, I'd make the rear a bit softer, but I have no complaints about the front
