    Awesome to hear you're in atlanta, I'm in auburn alabama and about done with most of the big money purchases for my build which is also a s-10 including freshly build motor completely gone through by me and hoping for the best. If you still have gumby and have free time ever, I'd love to check it out

    I also saw in a newer video that you may go to smaller exhaust. If that were to happen or happened already, I'm interested in the 3".

    nice job so am planning to build the exhaust system in my chevy 1952 with s10 chassis so i notice you do not install any Cat Converter. would you tell me if install them or not makes more or less HP or more or less louder? and a cat converter are not required for the law?

    A question please? "Back purging" is what exactly?

  • @CheekyGarage

    @CheekyGarage

    4 жыл бұрын

    It's simply filling the pipe with argon. Without a purge, stainless will "sugar" or oxidize the back side of the weld. It happens when a weld is exposed to oxygen in the air. Back purging allows you to get full joint penetration without defects

    I'm running an 8.8 from an Explorer that I narrowed, and I had a driveshaft made to my dimensions with solid Spicer 1330 joints
