I currently rebuilding 2.2 on my 03'. Daily driver for now but one day I will do this in my garage. I am never getting rid of this truck now after starting to watch you're videos. You have inspired me to do the same tear down and proper v8 build some day. Thanks.

Thanks! Living in the south means all interior parts you find will be sunbaked and cracked, but at least we don't deal with a ton of rust. I actually drove 16hrs round trip to NC to buy the truck originally because of how clean it was.

Cheeky Garage I’m watching carefully because my 2002 is gonna get a 5.7 Ls1 with a T-56 when it warms up here. I’m liking how the Blackheart parts are coming together.

Can’t wait to do this to mine. You inspired me to take it down to frame and do it right.

@@CheekyGarage yea i did a cab swap on a truck and we put the old cab on on a little trailer i had but this would have been better. if you get a chance check out some of our videos and let me know what you think. keep up the good content

Did you have to make in modifications to your transmission tunnel to make your transmission to fit?

Is that the g- force trans crossmember- I have it too. What's your plans for fuel line.

No, I'm using all the Hooker Blackheart swap parts. I plan on using PTFE AN lines
