I don't criticized other metal factory, I used a lots of re-bars coming from South Korea because they don't just rust right away looks like they add a stainless metal that make it shiny when rain drops in, this is amazing factory thanks for showing this video now i will stay to buy from this Company, very impressive.

Korea makes the best cars in the world! I know from experience. It took Korea to introduce 5 year warranties, then the rest followed. So Korea then upped their warranties to seven years! European cars are junk, only suitable for making rebars when they are seven years old.

I wouldn’t call burning the tires recycling, but, being made from some percentage of natural rubber means that as a fuel they have some degree of carbon offset built right in. And the energy requirements for making cement at that scale can only be met using fossil fuel, so using tires that have already had a useful working life is actually better than burning oil or gas straight out of the ground.

I was the manager of a Tire Recycling yard for a little bit. Rough job in the summer desert. Had work release jail birds and druggies under me. People that didn’t like any direction. 😂 we had a conveyor belt that had to be hand loaded. Then a big hopper that went to the shredder. It would get clogged from time to time. They guys would rebel and decide to overload the belt with tires but I had a button to stop the belt. 😂 Fun times being a manager of guys that might stab you or drug you. It’s a delicate balance. 😂😂😂

We are pansies in my country; we use Coconut fibres in our soft brooms. South Koreans are tough; they use spring steeel wire in their "soft" brooms. 😅 Next time I sweep my kitchen floor, Im gonna try using ARKERD shoes with stainless steel laces. Underneath the shoes it says "Tai-wan", but Im gonna be tricky and "Tie-both" laces.

If possible, you could be more detailed and focused on a few important steps of the process, that would be great! Thank you and wish everyone stay safe, may God bless you!
