LOWER BACK PAIN | LOW BACK AND HIPS | ​⁠
This gentle Class invites a full awareness and focused on opening of the muscles around the hips and lower back spine
Our hips and hamstring gets tight when we sit for long or when we stay at one position for longer period of time without any movement, which cause lower back pain
This sequence will help you to raise these stress and open the muscles around the pelvic and hamstring, including glutes. This 20 minute stretch regularly will help you to find complete relaxation at lower extremities.

    Sir, I wake up with acid reflux every morning. I have lax les hills grade 2. In one of your videos, you mentioned kapalbhati cannot be done with acid reflux. Can agnisar kriya be done then? Please suggest something to fix my las lex problem

    So it's a proper course with complete practical and theoretical study. You have to stay atleast 1 month to learn. I did it from rishikesh only from AYM School. It's the only school in rishikesh who conduct the exam from ministry of ayush.
