I miss u guys My mom exp mild stroke and her high blood pressure is 190 and to help her recover i made her do dis workouts no jumping cardio and diet and after a month her bp is 159 (its still high but atleast). Thank u so much guys

I was afraid with these new-look workouts that you might add louder music or something else that I don't like from many other exercise videos. But no need to worry. Music is still quiet and your voices are easily heard without you shouting. Love your work :-)
Thanks so much for new workouts. Im 78 and I started with senior exercises a year ago I then went to beginners after 5 months. I love that you work combinations of muscle groups and also that you talk us through the exercises. I've been with you for a year and I'm just so grateful you're here for us. I may never return to the fitness center when Covid has subsided.

Great workout! I’m a senior and found this video to be challenging, creative yet durable. You have great modifications, warmups and cool downs. There were no repeats or circuits. Also, nice touch showing timer and description of exercise in left hand corner. This was very well thought out. Way to go guys!

As a former personal trainer, I have to say, this was excellent! I have gotten out of the habit of working out, and my fitness level has tanked. I was DREADING working out again. But you guys had me smiling, having fun, and even feeling proud of myself just for doing a low-impact cardio routine. I am so happy to see you back on KZread. I am 66 years old and have exercised my whole life. Due to some injuries and a replaced hip and shoulder I can no longer do all that I used to but continue to move every day. I really appreciate your low impact cardio videos. Thank-you for providing something for us older folks who are willing but not quite as able as once upon a time!
Thank you for returning and for the no jumping cardio! Me working long hours and falling off my fitness routine coincided. Your weight training videos have been such a game changer for me--there is always variety of moves that are physically sound, never trendy or gimmicky, and always with modifications (I'm hypermobile).
