    Hi Guys, I was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson at 47 I'm now 53. I have restless leg and nephropathy plus I have planters fastidious that progressed to tendonitis, and i wear a boot to help. So I'm not in a position too work out plus i have balance issues and very low blood pressure. Having all that i am still able to do your seated workouts and i feel like Ive accomplished something when i'm done. You guys are great and so inspirational. I'm so glad i stumbled on to HASfit.

    Thank you for your inspiration Jamie I stumbled on this workout this morning because I have flat feet and have been in a boot since January 17th after the big tray fell on my foot working at Taco Bell.

    Hi guys, you have made such a difference for me in the last 6 weeks. I have diabetes and high blood pressure as well as being morbidly obese. I started with your 10 minute senior exercises and am now up to 30 minute ones. My blood sugars are close to normal and I have lost 5 kg, but that’s not all. I can now put on my own socks and shoes while standing up and can raise my hands straight up over my head. I feel so much better and am very proud to be part of the hasfit tribe. 😊 thank you so very much.

    I love the combination chair and standing 30 minute workout! I use the seated exercise because I have chronic back pain and COVID has prevented me from swimming at the YMCA. My husband likes the standing exercise. With this combination workout we can both excise together! Thank you! Please post more of the 30 minute combination workouts!

    I started these workouts with my elderly neighbor two weeks ago. It's amazing how much progess she is making in a short time frame. From starting with the seated workout, she now does almost all the moves standing, and also told me she is getting the mobility to move around in the garden, stepping in and out of ditches, back. I also profit from streching and working my upper back and arms alongside my usual routines even though I'm in my twenties. Thank you both for this encouraging and gentle workout.

    We have just begun a new 4 week lockdown here in UK. So my gym and chairobics classes are off. I will return to you for help now and then. Its getting too cold and wet to ride out on the bike too. Thankyou again and again for your great workouts. I'm not doing so bad at 83, but you help me so much. Love to all

    Hi guys. almost at the end of my shielding. This means staying home and seeing nobody. ITS been hard. My local leisure centre does 2 chairobics each week on Zoom,but the other days I work out with you. Thank you for getting me through this past year.     I started doing your exercise program about 5 weeks ago. As a senior with a balance issue I appreciate being able to do this seated version. I am sure Natalie has had that baby by now.     I had polio as a young child and now at the age of 78 have lost a lot of muscle. I have never imagined that I would be able to do cardio exercises to raise my heart rate. Now we are in lockdown due to the coronavirus we are doing the workouts every morning, me sitting and my husband standing. It is great to be exercising with him and you are such an inspiration. I have shared your workouts with many friends! Thank you so much!

    @@donaldsmith5639 Not very well! I have stopped doing the chair exercises, but I now have a physiotherapist who comes once a fortnight and I do exercises in bed in the morning when I wake up. I don't think I am getting much stronger .☹️

    Love these workouts. I was doing these pretty regularly until my cancer diagnosis. SO, after chemo and after radiation it has still taken me a few months to get back to the workouts. My most difficulty is motivation... but today I did a 30- minute and got through the entire workout! YAY! AND thank you for creating these exercises for older adults!

    I am 62 live in South Africa have been doing workout foe elderly peoplebforb10 weeks. Think I have skipped 2 nights. I am in less pain, sleep better and have been packing and moving nearly all by myself. My husband has Parkinson and has been doing alongside me as much as he can.

    I do these exercises consistently every morning and feel great. When I try to do other types of exercises I always pull something. These are just right for me. Thank you. (I am 65, and I think fairly fit)

    Some local seniors started doing group workouts about 9 months ago with a Hasfit chair routine. Soon came covid and the group had to stop meeting, but an 80 year old marine and his wife hoped that I would continue with them and since then we've met (with precautions) three times a week alternately using two Hasfit routines. It was important for him, having had both knees replaced, and for me it brought my weight and blood work all into a better place at last months annual physical. Monday was our last meeting due to them both contracting Covid from a family member, but both are having minimal symptoms. Exercise isn't the only mitigating factor but it sure doesn't hurt! I'm self isolating for a couple of weeks also, and glad to try out some more routines.

    I checked you out yesterday and am now hooked. I did two sessions (am then pm) and feel great. I"m a 77 year old woman and have been walking a mile most days for the past year and otherwise have been fairly sedentary during the covid situation. I think my husband is going to join me tomorrow.     I'm 45 and completely tore my ACL, MCL and partially tore my meniscus skiing on 1/22/23. I used your work-outs for my pre-hab. Starting off slow with the chair work-outs to doing HIT work-outs in 5 weeks. I"m pretty athletic and a very active person. You guys literally changed my whole outlook on my injury and gave me the inspiration to work hard through it. I'm Day 10 post op and I started back up again - chair exercising and boy it feels great.     Hi and thank you! I am 54 yrs old, but haven’t done anything other than walking in years. So many friends of mine have injured themselves trying to jump into something strenuous too early.     I love your exercises and think the pair of you are perfect for seniors. The constant explanations are very helpful and encouraging. We only started doing home exercise because of lockdown due to coronavirus but I feel much better for it and intend to continue.

    This workout has saved my sanity! 😉 I had total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. I am now going through physical therapy. Because I was used to regular workouts, my body was really starting to scream at me for attention other than knee rehab. Then I remembered HasFit! I’m doing the seated variation, and I feel so much better. Additionally, that knee stretch at the very end helps me to push the surgical knee further in between rehab sessions and the work the therapist has me do at home. Thanks!

    I started yesterday 7-29and last only 20 min. Today 7-30 and I went all the way. I love this, my friend is now starting this 30 min workout today, she liked what i had to say about it. Its excellent starting out, and you will feel it,I am 74, and I did. Thank you guys

    I just love these two they are so great and inspiring I just turned 60 and have diabetes and have gained a lot of weight and they make it so simple and not harsh. My knees are not as good as they used to be and I know it is because of my weight I have been using their program for a little over a week now and absolutely love it.     Yeah, diabetes is a game-changer, isn’t it? My strategy is to get exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress managed. Of those, exercise is the one to impact the others most.

    My father has diabetes for 40 years. He doesn't do anything but watch his diet. He just turned 78 this summer.

    We love these type of exercises because I have mobility issues and use the chair and my husband uses the standing. Please make more for 30 minutes. Thank you!

    Have knee pain lately so i started doing your seated exercise just have to use heavier weight with some ofthe movement . I had been doing your other work outs until arthritis started to bother me so im doing this fo now. Excellent workout . thanks for the safe work out that you put out for us.

    This was fantastic! My arthritis has been flaring lately so working out has been incredibly painful. This still felt like a good workout but so low impact that I had absolutely no pain. I'm so grateful. Thank you!

    My second 30 minute workout in a row! feels SO GOOD to work my entire body!!! I usually do walk at home workouts and I am about 10 months post knee replacement so this is JUST WHAT I NEEDED to start getting fit again!
