    Greetings from the Uk. When we went into a 'lockdown' for Coronovirus 9 weeks ago I stubbled across your workouts- they have been the best thing ever for us (a group of 4 women with a 20 year age range, including myself in my late 60's). We exercise from our individual front gardens and have your programmes broadcast from a laptop- has raised some smiles from passer-bys! They allow us all to exercise, doing what is right for each of us. Thank you for such useful workouts in these challenging times.

    This is an Awesome work out!!!! I have multiple injuries from broken bones when I was young, and bad knees due to being overweight for so long. I really enjoyed the fact there's no jumping or exercises that put a lot of pressure on my sensitive joints. It's the perfect length timewise and the ideal intensity for me. I also enjoy how encouraging you are and how you show beginner and advanced moves. This will be a work out staple for me. You two are wonderful!

    Hey Hasfit... Thank you so much for these low impact cardio exercises. Ever since I had my ankle surgery and a bunch of other injuries, I have gained a lot of weight and working out had been really hard to do a lot of exercise routines out there. You guys are great because do can do these exercises without pain, and also not feel terrible about not being able to everything at once. I still have a lot of work to do to lose about 20lbs... Will try to keep up.

    I did your 5 min warm up video before starting this video which had a warm up included so i only got 15 mins into this but it's absolutely amazing. Yesterday all i did was your 8 min standing cario work out and i felt as though i could have done a bit more. Day 2 in on your videos at a starting weight of 220lbs 5'10 my goal is 170lbs. After having my son 3 years ago and quitting smoking a year ago I'm trying to be the healthiest version of me at 35 years old. Thanks for making these videos.

    I have always favoured hasfit exercises they are a very good workout and very encouraging and emphasising us to make it your own. I think they are marvellous I feel much fitter and they are so good like me if you are in your mid sixties.

    Ive been doing these work outs for a couple of weeks and this is the first one ive managed to fully complete without either giving up or skipping half the stuff. Some of the time i couldnt manage to do certain things for as long as they did so i jogged on the spot for 15 seconds then carried on. Super!

    I had shoulder surgery three weeks ago and was really feeling the effects of not doing much exercise. I tried this out and found that I could so it while keeping my arm and shoulder protected in the sling! It really made me feel great to get the stretching and muscle strengthening through a gentle routine.

    Great work out! My back and knee problems make getting up and down off the floor really difficult, and sometimes dangerous! This workout makes me feel like I'm exercising my whole body and pushing myself, without over exertion or injury! Also a great starting point for newbies like me. Keep up the great work!

    Just finished, really great, I actually started to break a sweat. Thank you for the low impact options. I can't do all that jumping. This was really nice. I have CEREBRAL PALSY and it's hard to find workouts

    Hello from Queensland Australia! This was my first try at exercise since my hysterectomy 4 months ago. I found it to be a great start point for me. I was wondering if you could recommend any of your other videos for me? I found I have lost tone and gained some weight. But mostly lost fitness, unable to do much. I love your work guys!     Yeah great workout, I was able to follow you all time at my own pace, I sweat and get tired but I felt my body burning, specially my shoulders, thanks for sharing.

    Wow. This was some workout for me. I do the same thing over and over, weights and cardio, aerobics, step, walk, so today I decided to do something very different and I was challenged. I could not do all of every exercise so it was good and I will be including it in my daily workouts. It is so easy to get in a rut and I learned today that I needed to include other moves and surprise my body.
