Appeared as a guest dancer in the Fukuoka Asia Collection at the age of 27
In 2016, he established his unique exercise method "Rehabilitation Association" with an occupational therapist, which combines his past exercise experience with the elements of Western medical rehabilitation.
Held study sessions nationwide to convey the importance of exercise to a wide range of people, including doctors and medical professionals, as the founder
Currently runs a stretch specialty store in Osaka

20 years old: Psychogenic dysphonia develops due to the stress of the company he joined, and he leaves the company because he cannot speak in a stressful environment.
After that, he learned about the body from various perspectives such as Oriental medicine, Western medicine, yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, etc., and overcame all injuries and illnesses after 10 years of fighting illness.
From that experience, I wanted to convey the importance of his physical and mental health to people all over the world, and started stretching video distribution on KZread.

    股関節の動きが硬くて、下半身もったりが悩みだったので、股関節周りのエクササイズうれしいです!ありがとうございます!やるとあったまりますね。あと2㌔ダイエットして、筋力体力つけるのが目標です!

    STEP5、右脚がやりにくいです。膝を外向きにしようとすると骨盤が後ろに傾きそうになり、ぐらついてしまいます💦
