@@matthewgabrielramirez7822 no, sos principiante, con que hagas 1 vuelta todos los ejercicios, 2 veces por semana o 3, es suficiente, ya cuando no te canses demasiado haciendo 1 vuelta todos los ejercicios, podes hacer una segunda vez todos los ejercicios, podes hacer 3 semanas 1 vuelta, y la tercer semana aumentar a 2 y así, progresivo

What warning only take if you are fat.. if you have average in your thinking to lose weight don't take it because it will make you weaker

I'm from Brazil and I love everything that touches on the subject of working out, which is life, that's why I like working out so much and getting over it every day or just trying, if you don't risk it, don't snack.
This routine complemented with 1 hour of cycling and some strength training can be quite good.
You made exactly what I wanted Fast pain fast results. I already have abs but it helps doing three sessions of this every morning

Alright im here and ACTUAL RESULTS BOIS ( i started some days ago) Day 1: I started, SOME exercises KILLED me but afteron it became easier, I lost around 0.4 - 0.5 KG the first day Day 2: I did it again, My stomach felt like it is splitting into 2 pieces but made it through, Did it around 3 times in the day and result? was around 0.8- 0.9 KGS AMAZING Day 3: I forgot xd day 4: I just did it and right now, A total of 2.1KGS LOST, Btw starting weight was 79 KGS, and at day 4 its 77.1KG DAY 5: Will tell u tmrw!

@@loonk Uh I mean I do it like 3 times a day, Once. After getting warmed up in the morning, Once in the evening and once at night. I recommend eating 2 times a day(eggs, meat, seafood anything) avoid eating outside and junk and u can have like some snacks like apples etc in the evening

No, porque los ejercicios abdominales no son para perder grasa, son para fortalecer los abdominales, si querés perder grasa, debes hacer ejercicio de cardio, caminar o correr o saltar la soga.

@@Zyckograal2003 yeah if you are not used to exercise just focus on your diet (cutting) and exercise enough but you have to be consistent. I was 86kg 2 months ago and now im 74-75. Create the habit and create the consistency and i hope you can achieve your goals

GUYS, id recomend yall to do 3 sets cuz (i do basquet and more sports) 1 will burn nothing but this is the day 4 i didthis and lost 1 kg ( obviously i do more exercises ) tip: ALWAYS, NO MATTER WHAT keep your pear on your chest looking forward Rest for 3-5 mins and repeat till you do 3 rps Drink water :) And strech before doing this video (stretching will help with your movility and will help you burn fat faster) if one of these are wrong pls fix it im not an expert im just 12 years old lol

The exercises are really accurate i really felt the heat in my tummy,but i got a really bad shoulder and lower back pain i don't if it's because I'm a beginner or i did any mistake while doing the exercises but the exercises are really helpful, i just loved it.
