Dr G these live chats are phenomenal. I had no idea you were doing them and caught up with them all in two days. Thank you so much, you are helping me stick with the GAIP protocol. ❤🙏❤

Just my luck that you’re doing a live today! I just decided to get on the plan yesterday and ordered your book online last night! I’m trying to cure my rosacea. Thank you for offering this information to the public. I’m excited to see if it will work for me!

Oh my gosh I literally ran into others talking about you in their live stream just a few days ago! The things they said really displayed their misunderstanding of your protocols. Like a football field away. Yet they were ALL complaining about how on their high carb low fat, all fat is evil protocol mantra - they couldn’t loose weight or their weight loss had stalled, but they were all prepared to wait it out indefinitely in the hopes something will change and their “metabolic damage” would someday heal. Personally if what I’m doing isn’t working, I search for something that will - and this honestly makes so much sense and is a breath of fresh air and common sense. Thank for you and your husband and all the free info you’ve put online. 💗 Low low fat makes me feel something is missing and I get sluggish after a few weeks, the endless rice and potatoes don’t fix this feeling something is missing. Ready for a high healthy fat chia smoothie! Can’t wait to see what the next month brings. No health issues. Hoping to rid myself of the last 20. 👍

You are proof that following your protocol works! I don't have any autoimmune or other health issues at this time, but I like to listen to what you have to say. I respect your work and believe in what you do. Thank you Dr. G!

Can you recommend any whole food plant based centers where I can go stay to get a good foundation for a complete reboot in lifestyle. I suffer from a variety of autoimmune diseases, osteoporosis, degenerative narrowing in neck and spine, hyper parathyroid, low iron. Rheumatoid arthritis and food addiction. Loosing hope, last chance. Grateful for your ideas. Fondly Lynette

I was wondering because i have graves disease and have taken the rai years ago can i still have success on your protocol? Ive heard cruciferous vegetables can affect my thyroid function and im already on meds with a partivally destroyed thyroid. I desperately want to do this please help.❤

Go to about 57.50 in and she mentions about maybe when you have a lot of Flax oil it will make you go to the bathroom. I have noticed this and I am normally a pretty constipated person.

Hi, I am not sure this is where I should be posting questions for next Q&A. I hesitate to start the protocol as I haven't been diagnosed yet (high suspicion of Sojrën, also MS), I am 33, a young mother, and my health is getting worth every month (my severe endometriosis is also spreading while waiting). Should I start the protocol ans stop a few weeks before the tests? The hospital is overwhelmed, I have been waiting for 6 months now... Thank you for your answer 🙏

Well DrG…When you are talking about meat…and inflammation., heart attacks…are you talking about grain fed beef, not grass fed, grass fed finished…Because I assume you are talking about Omega 6 … which will cause inflammation and heart attacks..The ratio Omega 6:3 in grain fed beef is 21:1 , compared to grass fed beef which is 2:1 …or what is the the reason you feel that beef should not be consumed,,,,? And I am not a meat advocate…just like to know your reason._
