Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this life saving information with us. It's a shame there's such little Interest in this topic. Americans seem more concerned with the banal things of life instead of what really matters.

Regarding panic/anxiety: many with Dysautonomia are misdiagnosed with this, when in fact it’s an autonomic nervous system dysfunction leading to Adrenalin surges. Long Covid folks should take heed, as many have suffered with post-viral autonomic problems. So if the protocol heals your nervous system, perhaps that is the mechanism for improvement.

I might have this. But unsure it is from long covid. I have issues anytime I exert myself (which obviously flares adrenaline). Chest pain and some burning/anxiety panic, chest tightness etc during stress, high adrenaline, exertion etc. I had shingles last year and then possibly had long covid.

I have purchased your classes and have been doing it for almost 2 weeks just from listening to your classes. I am not sure if I see a difference yet but I have orbit myositis and am on medication. I also have capillaritis. My question is can we still eat solid foods eg: rice, beans, cooked vegetables etc? Once again thank you for your kind humanitarian service for all…🙏🙏🙏🤗❤️ EST 2pm

Another great weekly seminar. Thanks again. Organic brown flaxseeds have gone up in price quite a bit. Where is the best place to purchase organic brown flaxseeds for less than four dollars a pound? Dr Goldner recently mentioned she pays $1.29 a pound by her in Houston, which is super cheap if you look online for those prices. Thanks for any info.

Did your husband use Fish oil Omega 3s with his clients? Or did he Only use Flax and Chia? How do we know that the Flax oil is not oxidized... as many people say the Fish oil might be. I worry about too much ground Flax due to Estrogen driven cancer and phytic acid. Thanks for all your work with autoimmune community!! 👍

When she and her husband were testing ways to get the best & fastest results, they tried fish oil, but flax & chia had better results. She says the phytoestrogens in flax seeds & soy aren’t a concern. If anything, they help with problems like breast cancer because they help slow down the absorption of estrogen. She said that the phytoestrogens bind weakly to where the estrogen binds, which blocks the estrogen itself from binding. I just heard her say this in a video but I don’t know which one. (Maybe the interview with A.J., talking about weight loss?)

If you get home with your flax oil and it smells rancid, return it right away for a refund. You will know by smell if it's bad. It is my experience that health food stores keep it in the freezer section to prevent that.

Also, how come so many do not well but fantastic on carnivore, eliminating virtually all autoimmune issues and building their strongest ever. Even vegans, frutarians and virtually all others. No one seems to want to come away from carnivore... btw. Drog, or not it does seem logical to eat ancestrally rather than sciency as it leads us to be dependent on it 🙂

They aren't healing, they are suppressing and hyper stimulating. The minute they go back to any true healing foods they have a problem again, which shows their body has not healed the underlying problems.

In analyzing the diets of ancient humans, does science say they were carnivore? No. Not with our grinding molars and long intestinal tracts.

There's a reason they don't want to stop being carnivore. It makes them aggressive and they also become addicted. Carnivores are very angry people due to eating so much meat. Plant-exclusive people aren't angry at all. Vegans who don't eat meat because of the animals, eat processed foods so they are angry too. Plant-exclusive eaters like myself are very calm and chilled because vegetables make us feel amazing Carnivores are dropping like flies. Even then the others won't stop it. They are so obsessed despite it being unhealthy.

Healing is about the mind + body ... Greens are not natural for our species. Smoothie are a way of processing. In the wild, no human could ever thrive on salads. And seeds are just silly 🙂 Who can gather all those seeds and still have a life. We evolved and adapted to eating meats, some fruits when available and very little vegetables for most of our existance. This is why we seem to be made for fruits but have also the physical and mental attributes and taste for animal products. Sure, we can survive on today plant food + tons of supplements but I have yet to understand how we are to eat mostly greens that not only are void of a lot of nutrients that the body has to make or canibalkze but ... were never part of our evolution. Let alone the unripe fruits and worst of all the seeds ?!

nhan you justsaid nuts and seeds doesnt make you fat,, yep no thats def not true,, if it creates most of my inflamtions aND SO MANY OTHEr health issues i know people are right on this (it depends what diet you are based on,, fat,, starches or raw (think raw is the only diet where nuts and fruits dont react so much)

  • @patticurry565

The raw flax and chia or avocado do not make you gain on her protocol. Other nuts/seeds do not have the balance of Omega 3 to 6; even walnuts, so are not part of her auto immune protocol, which is an all raw diet. You would never use roasted, salted nuts anytime for good health.

Gosh you seem obsessed or angry. Omega 3 fats don't gain weight they are used by cells for health. Any other fat like fat in nuts, they all have more omega 6 than 3, even walnuts which have the least.
