No wonder you’re saying this sh*t, this video was made 7 years ago. Eggs, bone broth, and meat have been the very best direction to head in regardless of just about anything going on per hundreds of thousands of real world results to date now in 2024. One of the reasons is the exact opposite of what you touted. Growth factors being released = more regeneration of healthy tissues! You know the science you pointed to is like what most doctors determine when the body is trying to make more bile as we age and patients are given an antacid as if the body is getting it wrong. No the body is getting it right, it is doing what it can when diet is NOT nourishing the cells so that regeneration can occur. It is sending more growth factors to the cells! Blocking them does not fix the problem other than the patient has less inflammation. Just like forcing bile production to diminish, the patient may feel better but it does the opposite of what the body needs. And isn’t it interesting that inflammation goes down quickly and significantly as soon as patients begin eating a healthy diet of animal products. Even those who were not eating sugar and were eating a low carb diet overall (without any processed foods) had high inflammation UNTIL they begin eating animal fats and protein while reducing or eliminating everything else (either for months or even years). Also of note: It’s telling when one of us as physicians says that we are in this to win it for our patients as if that equates to any valuable, true, salient facts about health. Who isn’t devoted to their patients? And never tell patients to run away from other doctors, let the patient determine what is and isn’t beneficial for their health. It borders on unethical (and malpractice if it’s advice to a patient) to suggest that other doctors should not be consulted. You get to tell patients and others your opinion and tell it strongly but never say that other opinions should not be considered. This leads to lawsuits and higher costs in healthcare. Not good advocacy for patients all the way around.

So I have followed Dr. Goldners advice on nutrition to the best of my ability for a long time now and what I have found is that when I eat a lot of raw celery stalks gas, bloating and constipation goes away. Just wanted to share that. This piece of information feels like a real gold nugget to me.

If you're having bowel issues, you may want to start strengthening your liver, adrenals, and gallbladder. All these stimulants may break the damn, but they won't fix what is causing the problem. Years of poor diet have damaged your lymphatic system and organs.

Dr. Goldner, we are so grateful for sharing this information. It works for us, my husband at first was hesitant because he grew up eating so much meat. Now for 5 months he drinks shake for breakfast/lunch (1 lb green/1 cup of flaxseed/ 3 bananas). He definitely sees the difference. Works outside for a living (hard labor) and he feels great!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!We love you 💕 Hugs from our family❤❤❤
