    Her way of eating suits me best especially since I work till 5 pm. I'll stick to this. I am 100% sure I will heal completely and I'm already getting better.

    Thanks Dr. G! Yes, some plant based doctors do not want to let go of "the fat you eat is the fat you wear" - I think you know who I'm talking about. Even recently Dr. Neal Barnard said to "be careful with avocados" if you're trying to lose weight. I don't quite understand why doctors are still thinking this way especially having knowledge of your work & incredible results with very high amounts of omega 3s & avocados. See you next week! xo

    3,4 sometimes 5 green "fluffy" bowl movements a day. Totally healthy. Makes me know I'm doing it right.

    Hot whole food mom. 75% leafy greens, 25% fruit. Minimum 64oz of water daily. Doing my best to eliminate SOS, meat and dairy. My goals are weight loss. Down 10 ponds in about a month. Still need to implement a regular exercise routine for physical and mental health

    I am new to your channel. Watching from South Africa. I reversed my graves disease in 2021 going vegan. In 2022 I started getting Urticaria all over my body but treated it with prednisone and the flair ups comes and goes. Started about 6 months ago with a rash on my cheeks and nose early mornings and nights. 3 months now on a WFPB diet only. Can one auto immune disorder change from one to the other? Started HN protocol 2 weeks ago. Love the green smoothie 🥤 Much appreciation for what you do ❤

    Was recently diagnosed with PMR (Polymyalgia Rheumatica). It is an autoimmune disorder. Do you think I would benefit from your protocol? I love vegetables, even the cruciferous ones. .. but would want to cook them. Any ideas how I could learn to eat all raw vegetables?

    If you use a vitamix you can grind them in the smoothie.

    Hello, doctor Brooke. I've just started drinking green smoothies on my own and have added one BANANA to the mix, but it gave me HEARTBURN. Don't have a clue why this happens, since it's not supposed to hurt the stomach. Can you clear this out for me?. Big thanks in advance.

    not a doctor ofc, but this happened a lot to me when i would eat high volumes of raw fruit or veg, in whole/smoothie/or blended form. i found that i can't eat it on an empty stomach or i get heart burn. eating some whole fruit or whole vegetables before my smoothie gets rid of it for me. also drinking the smoothie slowly.

    Hi Dr.G! Thank you for all you do!!❤️ I’m hypernourishing to slow Advanced Endometrial, inoperable cancer growth.. dx’d after 15+ years on prescribed HRT. Should I worry about using ground flax seeds in the smoothies? Should I get Omega 3 from different source?

    Does your program help with Lyme disease? My 17 year old niece has paralysis in her arm and some in her leg. Just wanting something to help her. She also suffers from seizures. Not sold on the diagnosis, but what do I know. :-)

    Have question for community,..After going plant based was introduced to hummus, started eating a bunch of red pepper hummus & carrots from Sam's Club and absolutely loving it!! then read lable ugh, olive oil & sunflower oil,, Sabra has only sunflower oil..where can I get no oil hummus & brand??? Thank you👍

    I just make my own. And I don't really care for regular hummus but I found a recipe online for barbecue hummus and it's fantastic.

    I buy the CAVA brand at Whole Foods. It has tahini in it but no oils of any kind. It’s delicious and I usually add a little lemon juice, a touch of water, and some ground Flax seeds. They have a website.🙌🏼

    I don't know if you received an answer or not, what I do know is this: If you have High Speed Blender like a Vitamix, you just dump them in with Dr Brooks protocol,, BUT if using a regular Blender she suggests using a coffee grinder to grind them 1st, then add to protocol and blend- hope that helps!

    @@anealin it is a half cup of whole flaxseeds. If you have a vitamix blender, vita mix blender’s are higher power than some and they pulverize the flaxseeds completely. If your blender does not pulverize the whole flaxseeds, then I think you have to run it longer if you have a less powerful blender or as Brooke says, you can use 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil instead or a half cup of Chia seeds.
