fourt one is just rolling shutter, not a framrate or eye speed effect. Rolling shutter is caused by CMOS sensor. If you want to check frame rate and physical effect, it is have to global shutter

The plane propeller is actually caused by how cameras work right now. It very quickly, and gradually records it, before being repeated on the next frame, for extremely fast objects it can cause noticeable bending.
