It was so sweet when Ann said, "Chew your food unless you have no teeth or you are old." Rip, Ann and Essy are amazing!
Dr Esselstyn changed our lives. I’ve just started sharing videos on my KZread channel about how our family has made this WFPBNO style of eating work for our family of 4 for the past 14 years. Keeping it simple is so key for us. We love Dr Esselstyn’s no-nonsense message.
This family changed and saved our lives. Forever grateful. ❤
Dr. Esselstyn is AWESOME!!!!!!
Shout out from Winnipeg,Manitoba,Canada! Love the Esselstyns and all that you do!!
Love Doc & Miss Ann!
Thank you. I just love Ann's enthusiasm. Your family is so very motivating for me to stick with the WFBP diet. 8 months into it, and I will never ever go back. I am 72. It is never too late to feel better.
Your family is such a blessing to so many!!! We love eating WFPB!
I learn different things from all of you. All of your knowledge together is incredible. Thank you to all of you. ❤
Watching you from Denmark
Wonderful visit with your folks and modern day super heroes! Rip, could you find time to take us through a tour of Anne’s garden? That would be fun to see. Just a thought. Thank you.
Thank you for putting this on KZread. I hope you do another one next week, like you mentioned during this talk.
I love this family! All of you are so inspiring, smart and kind. Thank you for all you do!! ❤
from Australia; met you Rip in Austin back in 2014; met your dad in san diego when he introduced Prof Campbell to a crowd of medicos; you are all looking pretty good; hello Ann; we have not met; love your exercise routine; you are all an inspiration; congrats on all your work and books and example;
Missed the live but watching one day later from Schenectady, NY. This is also in the Hudson Valley, about one hour north of the Esselstyn Family Farm. So much to like about this episode. So impressive that Ann and Essie are still so active, including Dr. E. still being the director of the program at Cleveland Clinic. I laughed when he recited all the greens and then commented it proves that WFPB is good for your memory.

Thank you Ann, for mentioning people who can’t chew and smoothies💕
Grill a whole eggplant, a couple tomatoes, a couple hot peppers of some kind, a head of garlic. Once everything is cooked, mash it all together (we use a mortar and pestle). Season to taste. Traditionally fish sauce is used which is not plant based. It creates a delicious eggplant sauce with no spongy texture. Im actually thinking it might be really ggod on a portobello burger. Ill hace yo give it a try.
I missed the live earlier. I live in upstate New York. I love WFPB eating.
I LOVED THIS RECORDING. When will you do another one LIVE? Greetings from Poland :)
Ann looks like she was pretty in her day! Thank you all for the research you have done to teach it to us. 🥦🥕🫐👍👍👍
I listening to replay from New Zealand. ❤
Plant strong ❤🌱💪
Shout out from Winnipeg,Manitoba,Canada!
For the question about mood and menopause: I found Bach Flower Essences to be very helpful; especially Walnut flower essence. Rescue Remedy helped as well.

God has used you to save my life

Gum inflammation is generalized so it can adversely affect the heart. Get those gum pockets tightened up, I use phb brushes- dr phillips method. Good for you on the diet though man!
What does the tire drag look like. I just turned 70 this week. My husband moved us to a different state and I need an exercise to strengthen me.

I wish Dr. Esseylston would quantify how much greens to eat per day. I've heard him say a fistful and 1/4 of a fistfall. Does this equate to 1/4 cup six times per day or 1/2 cup six times per day? Thanks.
Hi love all ur family

In answer to Kyle Ewings question: Put the oil on your skin instead of in your mouth and do it before showering. Don't use soap and pat dry when finished. Will keep your skin hydrated for 24 to 36 hrs. ( sesame oil not toasted, is best but sunflower or avocado oil works great too.
Gee, the farm is just down the road from me😂 okay about 2 hour drive.

I know you did this a month ago but I was in the hospital having an aortic valve replacement. I'm just now feeling up to going thru some videos and saw this. Will a wfpb diet help me to keep my valve healthier for a longer period of time? I don't think I will ever get my husband on board but I'm having a hard time getting going because he gets so upset that I don't want to eat meat with all the saturated fat. He's a meat and potato guy. I need some suggestions on how to start....I have all your cookbooks and then some. Please help
