Chinese Cabbage in cream sauce 奶油津白
Black Eyed Peas, Octopus and Papaya Soup 眉豆章魚木瓜湯

Shrimp meat paste 蝦滑 200g
Dace meat paste 鯪魚滑 80g

White pepper powder 白胡椒粉 0.25tsp

Hello! When I was a kid, I didn't like papaya either because it smells like feet to me 🤣 but later I was suggested to squeeze few drops of lime juice over the fruit to remove that unpleasnt smell. Since then I started to enjoy papaya...😁

自從曾經有一次食完木瓜痾到入院之後就對木瓜好恐懼,但木瓜湯我又ok喎🤣
如果連皮煲會苦㗎啲湯

我用咗潮州白,細棵啲,所以會見到葉。傳統用大棵,無用葉,所以只會見到白色
