The mark of a great actor is for the audience to get lost in the portrayal and forget that its acting. Lee Remick had that quality. Loved her.

She was 50 here and still gorgeous 55 was way too young to die. I'd love to see the entire interview.

Ms. Remick had a stunning beauty and great talent. She was of rare quality; smart, serious actress and a classic lady. If she lived longer, she would have left a great impact on the motion picture industry. I will always admire Ms. Lee Remick.

When I was a waitress in the late 70's, back in the day when there was a 2o'clock movie every afternoon, I always knew when a Lee Remick movie had been on. Every customer that came in would ask "do you know who you look lie?" They all said Lee Remick. My best friend, a guy also told me I looked just like her. Hey, thanks for the compliments. I WISH,

As old as this picture is I just watched "Long Hot Summer" for the FIRST time and Ms Remick impressed me more than the more famous Joanne Woodward. If it weren't for the fact that Joanne married Paul Newman, I don't think Joanne would have been remembered far more than Lee, in that picture, anyway. BOTH ladies are very talented, I just think Lee should have been featured in more suitable films for her great talent. Too bad she died so young.

The first (and still my favorite) movie I ever saw with the gorgeous Lee Remick was EXPERIMENT IN TERROR, a gritty film noir directed by Blake Edwards, fresh off of PETER GUNN. Lee plays a bank teller who's terrorized by an asthmatic psycho in wraparound Ray-Bans memorably portrayed by Ross Martin (Artemis Gordon from THE WILD WILD WEST). The film has knockout San Francisco location photography and also has one of Henry Mancini's most memorable scores. Very underrated.
