I never had an issue with my pasta sticking unless you mean sticking to the bottom of the metal pot, but that usually only happens if you don't stir it at least once. anyway, oil makes the sauce slip off the noodles so definitely don't do that. lol

Salt isnt for flavor, it changes the boiling point of the water
