I am doing everything like you did, everything is working fine except for I am not getting the "Stop Solo Mute" button and the button above that to light up. As yours did at 0:48. And I am in session mode.

It might be something in your Ableton Settings. Check if Remote is active for Launchkey.

Is this controller any good in terms of a keybed? Cause it's kinda hard to find real feedback from the guys who own it.

The keys are very light. I like it, for playing melodies. If you want play piano, though, you might find it not very good, because the sensitivity. Though it offers velocity, there's not velocity curve customization, and the default one is a bit extreme for soft playing, for instance. In this case I'd recommend something like the Komplete Kontrol M32. Now if you're only worried about this feeling like cheap controllers, it doesn't. As I said, for playing melodies and bass lines (and piano rhythms that has small dynamic range) it is good.

How to switch to next track? If i want to switch to next inst track? What to press on Novation....?

IIRC you can use Shift+Arrows (the Launch Clip Row buttons, it is the same combination that you use to change clip rows in Ableton). But it works only when the mixer is active in Studio One.

I have lanunchkey mk 2 I can't do any thing on studio one 😔

It uses a different system than mk3, unfortunately.

thank you very much for this video. its good to know this feature exists as integration in S1 but this whole control feature is totally useless, im much faster with the mouse doing the same things combined with keyboard shortcuts. What i find totally ret-arded is the SHIFT+PLAY to stop the playback, i wonder what they were thinking when they were engineering that? lol that is just cumbersome, u need to use two hands to reach the shift and play button to stop the playback! ffs, just hit the spacebar and its done! i have completely removed/disabled the MACKIE/HUI control integration and i use my launchkey mini as standard midi controller and i have mapped those pads as needed. i think its the best way. Btw, do you know how to DIM or DISABLE that demo led lights ??? that is just something i hate on the launchkey mini!

Hello! Yeah, Launchkey is my secondary controller, I use it mainly to Mute/Solo/Arm tracks. Mackie/HUI compatibility is a plus, but not something for I'd have bought it. I'm in the phone, now, so I don't have a quick link, just please search my channel for the Launchkey Firmware update to see how to dim lights. Thank you for your feedback!
