I’m confused, so I make music on Soundtrap but the problem is it’s not producing music. Also when I press shift, I see only three options so it’s not working,

bought this keyboard and it is not working asexpected. I press the SHIFT and only 3 orange and one green pads light up/ This is not what I saw in the tutorial vid. I tried to contact Novation 3 times and they completely ignorred. No response of any kind. Ytied the factory reset, but no luck. Any idea how to reset this keyboard ?

Hi Arthur, the lights will show up on the pads when you either select drum or session mode. If you choose drum mode all the pads should light up. If you choose session mode then only the clips you created in Ableton session view will light the pads up. So if you only have created four clips in your Ableton project then only four pads will light up. As for resetting it, you have to download Components from the novation site.

Am gonna do what i had dreamt in 2018, am gonna buy this machine.

that's Ableton Live. An 'intro' or 'lite' version comes with the controller.
