Most who do this kind of work have various tricks for this. I simply bore the screw with a drill bit so it's unusable. When I do the 60 sec vids I can't always get everything in. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it.

@@askillthatpays dw I know for a fact these kinds of products work, at my work all of our doors have those latch covers, and they do their job. Plenty of scratch marks from people trying to get in to prove it

That wouldn't do anything against a deadbolt but they can have fun trying. Also keep in mind that experienced door techs and locksmiths understand that these devices only work on honest people. For those who'll try, it's simply an attempt to slow them down or frustrate them. Thanks for watching.
