Labor to subsidise businesses ‘backed by billionaires’ in renewable energy push
Sky News host Andrew Bolt says Labor is subsidising businesses “backed by billionaires” to further the promise for renewable energy in Australia.
“Most of this money is to replace the Liddell coal-fired power plant in New South Wales which has just been shut,” he said.
“With solar power in the area.
“The one billion dollars comes on top of the $40 billion already promised by Labor.
“To make Australia supposedly a renewable energy superpower.”

We have cartoon characters leading the west, Mister Magoo in the U S and Elmer Fudd in Australia, God help us
with the amount Government is handing out in Subsidies no one in Australia should be paying for Electricity
If life was discovered on Mars today, this idiot PM would immediately offer to subsidise them
Ahh, doesn't the government "subsidise businesses 'backed by billionaires'" in the fossil fuels sector FAR more than renewables? Hypocrisy much?
Tariffs on imported panels is the only way these local panels will sell.
