Kubota BX tractor (removing the snow blower)
I tried a different method of removing the snow blower from the Kubota BX tractor this time, but I'll probably go back to the old way next time. Instead of lowering the snow blower right away, I kept it raised up until I did some initial disconnecting to make it easier on my back. However, that approach didn't prove to be worthwhile. On the positive side, I used bolt cutters to remove the split rings this time instead of trying to manipulate them off, and that turned out to be a good decision.
Another thing to note is that I didn't disconnect the electrical plug as I normally would (it connects the chute tilt and rotate motors). Instead, it got disconnected when I drove the tractor forward. Thankfully, no damage was done.

Well not sure it would be worth it for me. I only change from snow blower to backhoe once a year (and back again of course). What you see in the video usually takes less than 20 mins most of the time less than 15 mins.

That's the same for me but I have bad knees and it takes me 10 minutes and I can hook up anything fast. Ok Bob. You sure you're done with the snow? That winter that you had that blizzard , I keep watching it over and over. Ok Bye@@BobKelland

Jumpins Bob. May as well had left it on. Hehe. Only 4 months and you’ll be putting it back on. I know one of mine, sorry three of mine are staying in winter mode. Hehe.
