I have a 2016 BX25 DLB. I recently bought a used BX 2750 blower. I think it's a 2002, that's in terrific shape. Anyway, your video is a tremendous help for me. I've never had, or used one, so I wasn't sure about the mounting process, but your video was so well done, I walked right through it. Thanks for a great job.

I see this video is quite aged, but for new people with the old style hitch (yours) Get a piece or 1/2 inch OD pipe and run it inside the lower shaft, then attach the mount to the loader lever and use a !/@ inch reversible drill to control discharge direction. Also hook the blower to the quick hitch before putting the shaft in that goes to the mid PTO. Sometimes I found it easier to separate the pto to the blower and attach the rear one first, rest the other half on the lip and just slide it together and lock it, then hook up the mid mount shaft. I like being able to spin the shaft easily.

Do you know the name or size of the t-bolts that secure those aluminum wedges?

I have never owned a John Deere, but I think they are good machines. You would need a larger machine for baling hay. Sorry, but I don't know enough to answer your question.

The only thing I wish they would do is to Reverse the way you attach the shaft from the Snowblower to the Lift Mount,I have problems getting my hands in to slide the collar back to attach the shaft ,if it were reversed you could remove the cover at the Snow Blower and slide the collar. Also to dogbyte555 my Chute holder was attached to the Loader control handle ,it's a bit awkward but it does work

Great video, really enjoyed watching that whole process. I'm curious to know if you ever bought the hydraulic add-on to control the neck / nozzle of the snowblower, I haven't seen a video with that yet. Thanks for posting this, it was great to watch !

Thanks for sharing this; i've been considering the 2750 for some time now. Do you use your BX24 with any rear weights during the winter season? I've got turf tires but my driveway is flat and i dont think traction will be a problem here. Any thoughts?

I have industrial tires, and do not have any problems. My driveway is also flat. I use 4 wheel drive too. With the blower, you are not pushing any snow so I don't think you will have any problems.

Did you realize you are using your dolly backwards? The prop stand wedges into the 'V' notch where the cross member spans the width of the dolly between the two upside down welded L brackets.

I contrast to what Kubota advertises there is nothing versatile about this tractor. You would think a quick attach and easy changing of the front elements would be standard. I was looking at a BX25, and I noticed to run a grapple bucket so that I could load and move some brushes, it would be a $2000 modification. An old Ford 8 N also takes a tiller, a mower and all kinds of implements to pull. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
